We can't say enough of how happy we are of our house we have to pinch ourselves everyday. Everyone involved Jodie, Michelle, Lewis and owners Col and Lyn were amazing to deal with.
The build was carried it out hassle free and finished to a very high standard from all the tradesmen they use.

From our initial dealings with Jodie Flynn, to receiving the keys at handover from Col O'Brien, GJ Gardner Hervey Bay were simply fantastic to deal with. No matter how many changes were made fine tuning the plan, or how many questions were asked during the build, we received great service the entire time. All of the tradespeople were on time and did a great job. We cannot recommend GJ Gardner Hervey Bay highly enough.

We are very happy with our home except for the windows. You need a new window supplier! The build was well managed until the end. It took a month to get a washing line and almost 4 months to get the alfresco door fixed among other things. Jodie was great but calls to the supervisor went unanswered alot and he did not come one day when he had arranged to. You need more supervising staff!

From the first phone call, I knew we had picked the right builder. Jodie, our salesperson, was fantastic, she was available to us 24/7. She answered all our questions even those I'm sure were a bit silly. Michelle, our colour consultant was amazing, and we wouldn't have ended up with the amazing house we have without both Jodie & Michelle. Our building supervisor - Ashley, always had his finger on the pulse and knew which trade was on site and who was due next. I would recommend Gj Gardner Fraser Coast to all.

After looking at few display home, we selected a gjgardner home for its design and quality of finish. Dealing with the staff was always easy nothing was a problem.. Having had 8 houses in the past we were a bit worried about building again, but the construction went very smoothly. Any thing that needed attention was promptly attended to.

Fantastic service from the very start right through to finish. The sales consultant was really helpful and prompt with our questions and the planning of our new home. The selection of colours, floor coverings and even through to the tap wear was made so easy with a wide selection to choose from with a fantastic colour consultant to help us through this daunting process. Meeting onsite with either the builder or supervisor for progress inspections through the construction process kept our mind at ease, giving us the opportunity to ask questions and make sure things were being done how we wanted them. Would highly recommend GJ Gardner Hervey Bay.
