Our build was pretty quick and easy - once we got all our finance sorted (which took a few months but not the fault of the builder of course!), the slab went down asap, and from there, the house just kept going up. We were delighted to have had a 14 week build, with excellent quality finished product. We had looked at 30+ display homes over a 6 month period and while we both liked certain aspects of each of them we couldn't find one we both liked. We found the build was perfectly what we wanted and 100% stick to plan and drawings. Very fine finishes. In addition, suggestion on improvement from the design during construction was very valuable for us.
