Build was well managed and we were updated regularly along the way.
We had a couple of design variations which were met with ease.
Workmanship was overall pretty good, some of the bricks quality wasn't great but was worked around with placement etc. Some of the trades were a bit messy and we had issues with having to clean up their rubbish and with some smoking on site and leaving dirty butts throughout the house, however, this was stopped as soon as we mentioned it to build supervisor.
Staff were always friendly and any enquiry was dealt with professionally and no question was too big or to small.

Our dream house is now complete and we can’t thank the Gjgardner team at Old Reynella enough. From the first meeting we new we were in great hands, Jamie and Adrian were so helpful in bringing our vision to a reality nothing was to much trouble. We were very happy with the price and build time for our custom design and this didn’t change throughout the build. Thanks to Shawna in Admin for making all the process run so smooth. We had the best site supervisor Gary who was outstanding what a perfectionist and this now shows in our finished product. I can highly recommend if you are thinking of building having a look at the Gjgardner team you wont be disappointed.

We had significant design changes for our home which were met without hesitation throughout the planning stages and using the GJ website with 3D walk through was extremely helpful. The build quality is first class and this was commented on by experienced industry friends who saw the project during the process. The end product exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. On top of that, we moved in about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier.

Quality of build from initial designing stage through to completion was brilliant! As a first home buyer/builder I knew as close to nothing as is possible about the process and received great support from the whole team.
Quality of the finish was brilliant with only a few minor concerns addressed at the 3 month review. Final finish was better than expected and the team worked to deliver my home within the time frame I had set.

i loved working with Glenn Shane and Helen to plan our home they were very helpful and had lots of ideas as it was our first new home .The workmanship is great and the workmen were very heipful as they answered all the questions .We certainly would recommend any one to build a home with them and I would do it again
