Post construction maintenance and repair zero - infant builder told me that the last visit any other issue that arise am on my own. So much fo Gj Gardener "builders guarantee" or does each contracted builder come up with there own rules that are not part Gj Gardner ?? I came to GJ Gardner because the original builder after 2 months of back and forth decided to pull out of the build. Simon and the team went way above what I would consider as great service to make sure that the build went as smoothly as possible. They knew that I had to complete the build by a certain date and eventhough there were problems beyond their control (gas, power, etc...), they were truly amazing in keeping me up date and delivering on time.
