House was well managed the workman ship was very good quality and nothing has been overlooked . From the very beginning it all went well Just a couple of minor hiccups along the way but it was all sorted. Renee was brilliant in organising getting started on our build .Thanks to the team at Ararat GJ Gardner Ash Sally Cathy Renee Pene for a great job in building our house. We are delighted with our new GJ Gardner home.Nothing was a hassle for them.We were always kept up to date on the build and everyone was so friendly and informative.Rob made colour selection so easy with all his knowledge and Paul the site supervisor could not have been more helpful he was always there to answer any questions and give us advice on anything. Everyone at GJ Gardner was so approachable and friendly

Everything was easy from start to finish. Bruce was so helpful during the planning stages and Grant & Katie have amazing attention to detail. We never felt like minor changes were a big deal and any concerns we had were actioned instantly.
The house has been built to high standard with very little to fault.
We were pregnant during the build and really pushed the deadline to be completed way earlier than expected, GJ Gardner Wodonga managed to do this with no compromise to the build standard, which we were so thankful for.

We both are 100% happy with our amazing home. Ours was a knock down rebuild which was a huge job. We would recommend Gj Gardners Mildura 110%. Their Management, Sales, Staff, Contractors, Tradies, we're all fantastic to work with. It was so nice to know they gave us their honest opinion as if it was their home. So that was a big plus. And working on our home with great pride in their workmanship. The moment we walked thru their door we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect, and feeling of trust. Our home is amazing it is so much more than we expected. To say we are happy and excited is an understatement.

From working on the plans together, to doing our colour selection, or getting kept on track by the lovely Maddie, to meeting on site for regular updates, everything was so easy!
The end result is a high quality, custom built house which meets and exceeds our hopes.
An easy built from the very first to the very last, and any small hiccups were handled professionally at all times.

A special shout out to my building supervisor who put in many extra hours to make sure my home was completed on time and to the director who put up with my indecisiveness!! Nothing was too much to ask. Happy with all finishes and the quality of work from all tradesmen used throughout.

Unprofessional and rude. They did not take responsibility for a number of issues in our build, a lot that still remain unresolved. They took what should of been an enjoyable experience and turned it into a stressful one. Threats to us when we stand up for what we are entitled to.
If we had of known what we were entering into we would never had built through them.

Extremely happy with the entire build process, any issues or questions I had were resolved immediately. GJ Gardner have done a fantastic job with the final product.

Can’t thank the team at GJ Gardner Homes Ballarat enough for building our beautiful home. My husband and I were stuffed around with another builder trying to rip us off. A friend of ours recommended going with GJ Gardner instead. We are so glad we made the change! From the begining Justin our sales consultant worked with us 24/7 to customize the plans until they were perfect for us. Our building supervisor Lloyd was fantastic! He always kept us updated and ensured everything was on schedule. Our whole build ran very smoothly. The office team were also amazing replying to my many emails within hours with any requests or documentation I needed. The quality of our home is 10/10 we can’t thank the team enough!

After researching thoroughly and multiple appointments with various builders I picked GJ Gardiner with high expectations. I am very happy to say I wasn’t let down.
