Don't look elsewhere. I'm as fussy as they come but that didn't deter Andrew and co from delivering our fantastic custom build. Start to finish was a delight and every effort was made to satisfy our needs. Communication was 15 out of 10, the most important thing I believe in building homes. Workmanship was exceptional and Andrew's knowledge in the building industry was clearly evident and helpful insight in decision making made a normally stressful process pleasant. Looking back from start to finish the horror stories of my colleagues building at the time with the big builders, I'm so glad I built with gj gardner south east. Thanks Andrew luke and team. From the first consultation with Pene, right through to the end, the service provided by the team was impeccable. Staff are knowledgeable, understanding and caring. Ash is a wealth of knowledge, who has given me his professional and personal guidance along the way. Pene was a wonderful help with the 'colour' process. I had no idea what style I was after, but a few questions from Pene and she soon worked it out. Highly recommend the Ararat team for your next or very first build! They certainly make a very highly stressful process and much easier one.

Right from the very start to the end of the build, it was a stress free experience. Being my first ever build everyone involved were very helpful and made things very easy to understand. It was top quality service, if I had an issue with something they would fix the issue right away with no fuss. I liked how I got a text message every week with a daily update with how the build was going and what was happening next.

Having been burnt and lost money with Sulja Homes that went bust, we were very cautious on our next choice. Simon, Anyeta and the entire Point Cook (Vic) team were excellent from start to finish. The site supervisor was brilliant and made contact every week with photos, calls and messages of the progress. Very transparent in all their dealings and no surprises (cost) along the way. The build is excellent as it was taken care of as if we were family. We highly recommend GJ Gardner and certainly will choose them for any future builds.

Right from the start, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Emily listened to what I was after and knew there was something for me, and found it. She was even able to let me see the finished product just to make sure it was what I was looking for. Bronwyn was fantastic with the decor side and contracts and answered all my questions and Darren was great, emailing weekly to let me know what was happening as well as site meetings to walk through the house. House was well managed the workman ship was very good quality and nothing has been overlooked . From the very beginning it all went well Just a couple of minor hiccups along the way but it was all sorted.
