After having a very stressful, unpleasant experience with another builder, we felt very supported and cared for by GJ Gardner, Bacchus Marsh. There communication & follow ups were great, very efficient!

Was so easy and stress free to build our house with Gj Gardner Ararat. Ash and the team were always so helpful and we’re happy to answer any little questions we had. We got weekly emails and phone calls of updates to keep us informed of the progress of our house. They listened to what we wanted and they delivered it.
I would highly recommend Gj Gardner Ararat if you are looking to build.

From the first meeting with Dave to the handover it was a real pleasure to deal with GJ Gardner homes.
Our site supervisor Shane either phoned or Emailed us every Thursday to inform us off the plans for the next weeks progress. Also a very big thankyou Nat whom was always ready to help with any concerns or queries that we had, when we had our hot water booster stolen 2 days before we moved in she made sure it was replaced on moving day. The quality of the build was fantastic, no problems at all. A special shout out to the bricklayer for the cleanest job I have seen. All the trades were very clean and tidy. On whole a terrific effort by the team at GJ Gardner Bacchus Marsh. Definitely recommend building with GJ .

From the beginning it became obvious that this team would go out of there way to help get our build started. We had a very unreasonable neighbour that attempted to prevent our build. At no stage did the team stop trying to get things sorted diplomatically. And now we are near the end and we couldn’t be happier. From the beginning Pene helped create our dream home. Cathy kept us up to date with progress emails. And Ash was more than helpful explaining every step. We would highly recommend GjGardners Hamilton with the highest praise.

A really enjoyable experience with a friendly and professional team. House is absolute quality. Only improvement would be better understanding of our needs in terms of site levels and fall.

Very happy with the whole process from start to finish! Erin and Chris in the office were amazing to deal with and found us a plan and features we wanted all within our budget. The build process went very smoothly and our site supervisor Jim was fantastic to deal with even pushed us through to be in our new home just before Easter.

We had strong support from idea to completion. Suggestions, regular updates. No real issues. If there was anything we needed to know they told us quickly. There colour designer was really helpful and they guided us well through the entire process.

This has been my first build and I have had nothing but a positive experience. All the office staff have been very friendly and accommodating to all of my needs. My build supervisor Paul has a fantastic eye for detail and has kept me informed throughout the whole build. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We had a great experience whilst building the house and the staff were extremely obliging and helpful at all stages of the process. The quality is unreal when compared to our neighbours houses who were build by large high volume builders.
The little bits that go to make a home were the standouts for us. High quality heating and cooling, cookware. hot water etc just reinforce the overall package.

The Bass Coast team built our dream home to the highest standard and managed the process with the minimum of stress to us. We have had virtually no snagging issues to resolve but I’m still close to the team so I know if any problems should arise they will be there for us. Budget was well controlled and this allowed us to make informed decisions about to what to add and remove. Cannot recommend the Bass team highly enough.
