We have been in our semi customised GJGardner home almost 3 weeks now and we are loving it. The quality of our home exceeded our expectations and it is stunning. 50 words is not enough to express how much we enjoyed building with this team and how happy we are!

I have been in my home for 3 months now and its perfect, the team at Bacchus Marsh were all fantastic to deal with, letting me customise my home as much as i wanted to suit my lifestyle yet without the ridiculous price tag other custom builders charge.

We are extremely happy with the quality of our new home. The construction process was very smooth with no stress, everything happened on time, and they handed over 15 days before the expected finishing date. Our site supervisor was exceptionally professional, went beyond our expectation to ensure that everything is happening in the right direction. We received weekly emails from the office staff, and phone calls from site supervisor to inform updates and these helped us to reassure that it was going well.

The team at GJ Gardner Wodonga are professional and efficient in working with you from start to finish. In particular, praise must be given to Bruce (sales) and Grant (supervisor) who ensured the job was on-track, and managed to the highest standard. The girls in the office (Katie and Pauline) were terrific in accommodating the initial paperwork and ensuring all details were accounted for prior to commencement. All-in-all a great experience. We’ve been living in our GJ Gardner home for about a month now and it’s fantastic. Our scheduled completion date has only just passed so it finished about a month ahead. The whole team to deal with were fantastic. We were sent updates on the house weekly (or whenever there was an update) and nothing we asked for or about was too much trouble. We always thought building would be stressful, but the GJ team made the process a breeze. Big thanks to the team for our beautiful family home.

Ballarat G.J.Gardner ...why would you want to be with any one else. The teamwork in office was great & everyone was respectful .Our home is very well built. During construction everything went spot on. Great communication during the process between Adrian our supervisor and ourselves. The Bricklayers were fabulous & paint work was amazing- all in all excellent. The rapport we built with the trades was great -they were all helpful. Finally,costing was right on the button- no surprises.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new family home. With two young children, building a home was a daunting prospect, but Mark, Karyn and their team made the whole process simple. We selected one of GJ Gardner's plans and were able to make several amendments to suit our family and our block. Sacha made our colour selection process easy, with suggestions when needed and we are thrilled with our choices.
