We changed address in Coffs Harbour, by not more than 1 km. On arrival at the new address, we had no internet or phone connection. After 24 hours allowing delay time, we reported the fault, the fault of the internet, was sorted out fairly quickly, but the phone took another 24 hours to sort out. In the end all of the maintenance was complete and now works, well done!

It's good .but I am having speed issue at my place.its supposed to be 40-42mbps but mine is just 1,2 mbps .cannot even stream online videos properly. Please have a look for me & fix it up.

The support team at Harbour ISP in both Sales and Technical have been great so far.

Sales were great at onboarding and getting the initial connection up and running

On the other side of things, recently the technical support team (credit to Francis in this case) were quick to fix a VPN issue that I had. The VPN issue was resolved the same day and have had no problems since.

I spoke with Glenda and she was lovely. Very attentive and prompt with responses and answered all my questions on the progress of my connection and when I can receive it.

really appreciated Glenda for explaining the online application and I am able to complete the process quickly. I choose the plan that is suite for us and the application is taken care immediately.

I have recently been helped by Francis Arapan because my Internet connection had failed. He was very professional (and patient) and we got through this Crisis. The resolution of this problem took a long time but Francis was very understanding and very knowledgeable.

I thought I was having a wifi connection issue.
A couple of calls to a patient and understanding Beberly quickly resolved my issues and passed on some useful information as well.

We had so many issues with our last provided I was very nervous when contacting a new internet/ phone company due to the issues we had over the last 2 years. I called two providers that offer Optic Fibre services and the moment I spoke to Grace at Harbour ISP she was fantastic. I had so much more confidence in what Grace was offering from Harbour ISP. Harbour ISP have been extremely user friendly from the get go. Attentive customer service, reasonable connection speeds that maintain a happy household of 5 to sometimes 7 medium to high internet users.. including 2 avid gamers. I will repeat that the customer service is awesome.. my most recent conversation with a support person, Aila, had my issue fixed in a very timely manner and without fuss. Highly recommended
