Only up to the build stage but planning, selections and administration have all been friendly and helpful.
Custom touches to the standard design and plenty of choices at selections.
Responded to my questions promptly and provided good explanations for the more technical aspects of what is my first build. I now look forward to the building stage.

We have had a good experience so far with building with Hickinbotham, apart from a few setbacks and unexpected expenses that we were not aware of. Overall though the staff have been very helpful and informative, Michelle our sales consultant was very helpful and friendly. The final cost did come to a decent amount more than we were first told, but not all aspects were in Hickinbothams control. Most issues however have been dealt with quickly and with consideration for us and our situation.

Our first experience building has been a breeze thanks to the excellent service and advice offered to us from Drew at Seaside Moana. We are excited and confident that we have made the best decision to choose Hickinbotham to build our forever home and cant recommend anyone more highly then Drew to help the process run smoothly. We walked into the Hickinbotham display homes knowing we were ready to build but didn't know what or where we wanted to build. Drew W from Hickinbotham was friendly and approachable and made us instantly feel comfortable and confident about everything. He listened and asked questions and was able to help us find an amazing floor plan suited to us and helped us find suitable land. No question was to difficult or silly for him to answer and he was always upfront and honest with his information. We are hoping the pre constitution process continues to run this smoothly.

We are beyond pleased with the service we have received from Drew. From our very first visit to the display home thru to signing he has answered every question we have had for him honestly and responded to us very quickly. He has been extremely informative and has checked in with us through every step of the process so far. Drew really listens to what you want to achieve with your build, he is very polite, knows what he is talking about and clearly loves his job :) we so greatful that we met Drew and so excited to start our build.

We are currently in our pre-construction phase and so far the experience has only been positive. Drew our sales consultant is very approachable, professional and nothing was too much hassle. He has made the process fun whilst being knowledgeable about what would best suit us. Louise is now our contact at the office. They have both helped calm our nerves whilst building our first home and made it very enjoyable. We are now able to see our custom design home taking shape and can now wait to see it start construction.

The build was managed wonderfully, from our design stage with Joanne to our handover stage with Nick. Everyone provided great communication. We had issues with our broker and securing our finance in a timely manner, and as soon as it was approved, Sarah pushed us into the build as a priority client and the house was built very quickly. The cost was on par with what we had estimated at our design stage and we were able to build a very affordable first home, with the little luxuries we wanted, such as a free-standing tub and walk through master robe without breaking the bank.

So far so good. From the moment I walk into the display and looked after by Kimberly (who is a saint and seriously so incredible!), to selections with Kristin, through to pre-construction with Monique. Monique was attentive, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. Have now started construction with Nicole. Once again, quick response time and very helpful when facing stressful time frames and amending faults. The Hickinbotham staff have so far looked after our every need.

We are in the pre-construction stage and have been helped incredibly well by Drew Westcott, Sales Consultant at the Moana display. Drew has been more than helpful, helping us to design our forever home while keeping to our budget, yet still managing to include all the things we are after. Many emails, phone calls, texts and visits to the beautiful Preston Alfresco display and we are on our way to building our new home.

Very very disappointed. Sales consultant lying about what is included in the house only to find out two weeks before pre inspection handover. I have been told lies throughout the build process. The tradesman that have worked.on my house have all been rough, dodge, cut corners, inconsiderate and just lazy. I told hickinbotham about the lies the consultant told me just to get a quick sale to line his pockets. But because he no longer works there they don't care I don't have a leg to stand on. The work provided is well below building standards. And the help given to resolve problems is next to none.

This is my first build. I am not young and have one shot at this. Drew has has been patiently thorough in answering many questions, and responding to messages/emails. He has listened to me and with humour and kindness increased my confidence at the beginning of this journey. Thank you Drew.

Drew has been our building consultant and am so glad we found him! His wealth of knowledge, love and passion for his work, and friendly personality is what we have loved most about our experience so far.
