Dont bother purchasing this insurance. Pathetic. My luggage and contents were damaged beyond repair and my claim refused. Absolutely disgusted. After a lengthy claim process and waste of my time.. refused..

Like many others this company has no fairness at this difficult time. They are scumbags for refusing to give refunds, not even a credit for a future trip. Disgusted is too kind a word. Let’s get this mob exposed and shamed into doing the right thing. If everyone lodges a complaint to Fair Trading and exposes this mob via the Media then perhaps they will be forced to act with decency.

Have used them Twice. Very competitive and great value. Would recommend to anybody. Have never needed to claim though so cannot comment on the claim process. My go to travel guys.

I have not traveled yet but I think the price was reasonable .Hopefully I will not need to claim when I travel,but to have peace of mind that if anything happens I’m covered

Have insured with them a few times personally have not had to have a claim found the price competitive my friend claimed when she couldn’t go on our Europe trip because she broke a leg before she went she got a refund no problems just took a little while

We have used this company / insure and go - 4 times for international travel to Japan and Bali. This includes 2 trips with family including snow skiing activities. Excellent cover - makes me feel confident we will be good if anything happens. Hzbf not had to claim as yet

Even though we will be cruising Australian waters, it is just that added peace of mind to make the holiday more enjoyable, at a very affordable price, at just over $10 a day.

I have used insure and go quite a few times but luckily I haven't had to make a claim yet. The process is easy and great value for money. I will continue to use it on all our future adventures.

Site easy to navigate and offered coverage good. As I have existing medical issues the process of what covered etc was clear and acceptable.
All good and have further travel insurance needed shortly. Hoping for good deal

The bread essentials listed cabin confinement. Printed out the policy and nil covered. Couldn't find any info on an excess so thought there wasn't one. Policy states "standard excess". Still don't know how much that is.

Feel it was good value considering we are only are sea 4 days. Submitted the application after reviewing on Seniors website. Trip is not until 6/12/2019. Have no used this travel insurance before.

Never had to make a claim but comparing insurers Insure and Go this was good value for money. The Bare Essentials cover was more than adequate for covering the things that I was looking to have covered.

Very easy to purchase and great when they have discount codes to get that bit more of a discount. Very good value.

Was quite Easy to set up online on mobile phone
Some medical questions not well worded but mostly elderly could understand them .
Price was a little higher than others but overall acceptable

The company made an effort to confirm the cancelled flights by ringing the flight directly. This shows how committed they are to resolve your claim. I was completely happy with their services and will continue with Insure & Go.
