Have used this insurance a number of times for cruises. Have not had to make a claim, so lucky. I believe that is when insurance companies show their true worth when a claim is made, hoping it fast and hassle free..

Great travel insurance. The only insurance I could find at athe price that also has business cover. Easy to set up and pay. I have used previsously and will use again.

Haven't had to claim yet but the website is easy to navigate and staff have been helpful also it gives the option to submit pre existing conditions have used them 6 times hopefully if I have to claim, will be painless.

This is my first time using domestic travel insurance. It was easy to purchase. I haven't travelled with it yet. I'm hoping that I don't have to make a claim.

My policy was good value but when putting in a claim it did take a few weeks for approval and we were asked for more paperwork than we thought would be needed.

Policy was easy to book and self explanatory on the stuff it covered and didn’t. This is the first time I’ve booked but will definitely be booking again for domestic travel

It was easy enough to purchase the travel insurance and reasonably easy to understand, however I haven't had the need to make a claim so I'll never know how easy it would have have been to make a claim and how easy it might have been to have claim paid out. I'll purchase again.

I got quotes from a number of companies, and this was the bast value of them all. Whilst not the cheapest (and definitely not the most expensive), for the money it was absolutely the best value in terms of the benefits it offered, It was so good that we then got another policy for our international trip later in the year - at almost a quarter of the price quoted by the travel agent!

This is the third Travel Insurance Policy I've bought with InsureandGo. I find them to be a reputable company (as awarded by Choice) and it's easy to purchase a policy online including giving prior medical history details. Haven't had to make a claim but have confidence that InsureandGo will look after me if ever I do.

Poor service! Very difficult to deal with. Took almost 3 months to resolve. They tried to short pay the claim. Had to provide irrelevant requested documents over and over. This policy would have been fantastic if we didn't need to claim.

Lodged a claim for rental car excess waiver. Claim form is a quite misleading in that it actually said I cant make a claim which was confirmed by contact centre staff. Lodged the claim regardless pointing out no-where in the advertising or PDS did it mention the reason for not claiming. From there it was fine and approved. Good result but I wonder how many people miss out at the initial stages.

Easy to set up and understand. Great prices . Am insured for everything I need and more. No I can enjoy our holiday knowing we are covered. Buy this insurance it's great.
