Just signed up for policy and review requested. Might be best to wait until conclusion of holiday to review. But so far so good. Hopefully we don't need it, but gives us reassurance.

Very good value as recommended by Choice. Easy to set up. This is the first time I have used it but will do so again in future. Have not had a claim and hope I don't have to. Very welcome acceptance of seniors.

First time using InsurandGo. Recommended by Choice. Half the price of competitors and easy to sign up. Staff very helpful over the phone and the whole process took about 15 minutes, including checking the quote then ringing back to accept and pay.

Good value domestic policy. Easy to setup and purchase. This is 3rd policy I have purchased for domestic travel but I haven’t needed to make a claim as of yet.

Flight cancelled on return Sydney flight due to storms. Airline rebooked a flight 8am the next morning. Booked a budget room in Sydney to stay overnight ($92). Could have stayed five star and claimed on insurance but didn't. Luckily as now 5 weeks later they still won't settle. Have sent two letters from the airline with all the information regarding the cancelled flight but obviously they are good at taking your money but reluctant to pay out. Never had to make a claim on travel insurance before but surely there are better companies to deal with. Never again this company.

The set up is very easy and the cover is clearly explained.
We used the company before and had to make a small claim which was promptly and professionally handled. The claim was also very easy to submit.

Great customer service, handles enquires with great knowledge, highly recommend this insurance company to my family and friend's. I had to make a claim before traveling for unforseen death in family and were compassionate and prompt through the claim process. We just booked another trip as we had to cancel last one and got travel insurance again through insureandgo

* However the fine print resulted in the following rejection of our claim:

Section B2 covers accidents involving your means of transport. Under your PDS, cover under Section B2 only extends to "pre-booked flights, cruise and regularly scheduled buses or coaches only". As this list was meant to be exhaustive, which is evident from the use of the word "only", using your own car/motorcycle or a rental car / motorcycle does not come under the section.

Working out what type of policy to get was easy on line. My mother passed away around the time we were going away and emotionally I was unable to travel. I managed to get most things cancelled except for the flights. InsureandGo even contacted the airline to ascertain exact price the flights were as it was confusing with FF points in the mix. Only downfall was the excess is $100 per person per episode. I accepted this (even though the flights were for 4 of us) but something to bear in mind. I would use them again.

The policy is for travel in September. It was easy to set up on line and appreciated the explanatory notes alongside each item. Customer support cannot be assessed until a claim is made.

Policy good value with Seniors discount offer. Easy to set-up and organize. Clear "policy cover" details - what's in /out. Two trips organized. Will do same next time and would recommend "InsureandGo". Hope if a claim follows a similar positive response will follow.

Always use insureandGo! Wouldn't go to Indo without it, even though I have never had a claim, knowing you are covered lets you enjoy your time to the max worry free!
