Totally and beyond useless.
At the time I felt it was good value and very easy to set up.
My attempt to claim was hamstrung by EVENT advice not being available and flashing on the "options" page. If it had been there, I would not have chosen your company to provide 'coverage' for my trip. Fortunately, both carriers were supportive and allowed rearrangement of my travel - extra costs were $120 for air and $98 for further accommodation (as my primary accommodation booking was non-refundable). ctually came across someone else who will never use you again on my trip - she was injured and provided with medical service overseas, but was not given a report in the original language so her claim was denied!? First time user and will never use you again. Travelled by Air New Zealand to Norfolk Island (not in your options below).

Just what we needed
I purchased the policy about a week before travelling and felt the policy did provide value for money. In fact, I felt the price was so reasonable, and the policy so simple to set up that I did not seek another quote. I have used InsureandGo twice before on international travel and have been totally satisfied so this was an easy decision for me.

Never again!
Poor service! Very difficult to deal with. Took almost 3 months to resolve. They tried to short pay the claim. Had to provide irrelevant requested documents over and over. This policy would have been fantastic if we didn't need to claim.

The bread essentials listed cabin confinement. Printed out the policy and nil covered. Couldn't find any info on an excess so thought there wasn't one. Policy states "standard excess". Still don't know how much that is.

If you could point me to what you saw to cause this confusion, I would really like to further investigate this for you. Regarding the standard excess, I'm sorry that there was confusion, but we make concerted efforts to make customers aware of the excess amount before purchasing. It can be seen clearly at the first stage of the buying process, where you are given the option to accept the standard excess of $100, double it to $200 (which will reduce your initial premium) or reduce it to $0 (which will increase your policy premium). Good result, average process
Lodged a claim for rental car excess waiver. Claim form is a quite misleading in that it actually said I cant make a claim which was confirmed by contact centre staff. Lodged the claim regardless pointing out no-where in the advertising or PDS did it mention the reason for not claiming. From there it was fine and approved. Good result but I wonder how many people miss out at the initial stages.

Easy to set up and understand. Great prices . Am insured for everything I need and more. No I can enjoy our holiday knowing we are covered. Buy this insurance it's great.

Very disappointing!
First and last time we will ever use this company. Five months after lodging a claim we are still waiting for our claim to be resolved. Have recently emailed the complaints department to have the claim reviewed as we have a letter from a Neurologist supporting our claim.

My Claim Took 3 Months & Was A Simple Domestic Claim !!
Never will I ever touch this insurance company again! I had insured with them for some years & yes it so easy to get a policy but trust me making the claim was a nightmare!!

ll while I was recovering from surgery from cancer with no pre existing conditions what so ever! You knew this and was very clear from the initial paperwork done from my doctor but still you drew it out for a whole 3 months! The way I was dealt with was inappropriate! Never will I go near your company again and I will tell everyone to keep away from you too. And by the way you complaints email you listed above never worked for me, emails just kept bouncing back! Appears perfect for present circumstances
Feel it was good value considering we are only are sea 4 days. Submitted the application after reviewing on Seniors website. Trip is not until 6/12/2019. Have no used this travel insurance before.

Never used it before. First timer on a cruise. Good for what it is. Easy to set up. Doesn't offer as much as other insurance companies, but being a first timer, it covers me for what I need.

Fair price, covers what I need.
Never had to make a claim but comparing insurers Insure and Go this was good value for money. The Bare Essentials cover was more than adequate for covering the things that I was looking to have covered.
