Rating may be due more with NBN than Internode. Have occasional speed problems. Generally these happen on weekends. Tech staff have always been responsive when dropouts (NBN) occur. Prices are keen.
Internode service and product is great. Their call centre staff are courteous and their "call back" facility is wonderful (and in Oz) If it were not for the infrequent NBN drop-outs, all would be excellent.

Fault with wireless NBN that internode refuses to acknowledge.
Very Unreliable connection for the last 12 months, I have tried reporting it many many times but they keep referring to it as NBN working in the area. This is an ongoing problem of loss of signal. Signal drops to nothing and that means very poor or no connection, It's not something in the way because the tower is less than a Km away. I have tried escalating this to the TIO and through local MP but they both require a fault docket which Internode will not raise or give me. I am sure NBN could fix this but not if they don't know about it.

Telstra bullied us, and Internode were helpful and efficient
We changed to Telstra because it has better coverage in the countryside for my mobile phone, which is bundled into our service. However, we were very unhappy with the service - three modems were sent out and none of them worked. We were more unhappy with systems Telstra put in place and their bullying attitude. We had months of arguments. In the end, we threatened to call the Ombudsman. Finally, we returned to internode where we have received efficient and courteous service.

Great company to deal with, always know what is needed.
Connection not terribly reliable anymore, drop outs happening. Guess that will get worse as more people connect. Sometimes quite frustrating for a payable service.

Read more - LeoWe do have dropouts occasionally, but as we don't rely on our connection all the time it does not worry us too much. We also have kept our copper phone line. We have been with Internode for many years now, have always found them very helpful and easy to understand

We used to have quite a few dropouts but they were of short durations. Lately we have had no dropouts at all. Any problems bar dropouts were far and few between, usually to do with the strong winds we get here.

Not perfect but not far from it. It is very necessary due to health problems.
Only occasional dropouts much better than the wired that we used to have as the couplings on the copper corroded regularly and fell off. I do worry as our phone is via the internet connection and will not work during an outage or power failure. I have contemplated battery backup and in the Statewide power outage some years ago did connect an inverter to a 12 volt battery for security. My wife and I both have Leukaemia and she has been treated with chemo from September to December last. Internode staff have been very supportive and curtious when issues have arisen. We have been with Internode since it's inception and were transfered when NBN wireless came to Murray Bridge about Jan 2015.

I have a wireless NBN connection and it has been excellent. I had a few days where the connection kept dropping out but after contacting Internode Geraldine advised me that there was work happening at our local exchange and that there would be drop outs for a couple of days. As advised two days later and the service is up and running and better than before.

Quality of connection has been getting worse over time. The support you get is really random - sometimes it's someone friendly and conscientious but other times you get a some mindless drone you can barely hear/understand. Still better than Telstra where it's always terrible :-)

Connectivity became flaky and dropped out regularly. Internode has been very helpful in liasing with NBN to have the fault isolated. We are in a 'wait and see' position hoping the fault can be isolated.

We have been with Internode for many years. They are always responsive and very helpful. Can't fault anything, from their plans, speed and assistance. Just changed to a Fetch packaged and cancelled Fox, best thing we did and made easy with Internode.

My internet connection is great. Very rarely have there been any drop outs.
I've always had great service and customer service from Internode and its employees over the many years I've used the Internode internet service provider.

Connection is great, hardly had any dropouts, only maybe three the whole two years I had it. Unfortunately am moving houses so that is why I’m having to get rid of it but I definitely without a doubt would go back to Internode if the opportunity rises. Any issues I had, internode was always great at helping, very happy with the customer service and you would always get someone you could understand!

I have been using Internode as my ISP since August 2010, and in all this time I have had minimal problems with the service, most of which were caused by hardware deficiencies in the phone lines. Internode technicians did all they could to assist in solving these problems, in a timely, entirely helpful way. The changeover from ADSL to NBN WIFI went seamlessly, as were the plan changes. Hardware problems, as in the recent modem failure were sorted expeditiously, and minor programming difficulties dealt with in one or two phone calls. Billing problems were almost non-existant, and were solved with out fuss and bother. All in all, I could not recommend a better service in terms of very high reliability and value for dollar.

Ok NBN is the problem in most cases, I think most of the service providers seem to get the brunt of the problems as once again the government has not allowed direct contact with the NBN. Government was expecting problems as with most ideas the Government hatches. This also happened with Telstra before an arms length away from the real problem. We have had issues for some time now with NBN and Internode has done their best to keep us informed every time NBN extends their repair time. We placed an order with Internode on the advice we would have an active NBN service up and running in 8 business day's, following a very bad experience with Optus. We placed the order on October 22nd, by Monday 5th November we still had not received a modem. After two day's back and forth with customer service agents across 4 different departments we cancelled our order. Two day's later a modem turned up, we thought should we just stick with them. Four day's later no internet because we cancelled the order, but no correspondence from Internode to confirm the service had been cancelled. 3 weeks and at least 4 hours on the phone we won't get back. Call centre based in WA and South Africa, don't use them!

Our internet literally never works, then they advise this is because the tower can only handle around 2mbps. So I ask why we are being charged for a 50mbps service and they just come back with not our problem! The phone cuts out after only a few minutes and you have to pay for another call to ring back. Internode intentionally charge me a month on ADSL and NBN at the same period when I changed from ADSL to NBN last month. When I rang the customer service up - [name removed] advised me that they have charged me correctly as i had used 5 days in ADSL and 25 days in NBN, they don't do pro-rata billing, that's why they need to charge me 1 month for ADSL and 1 month for NBN. I told him that it is unreasonable that they have charged me twice for it. After a long conversation, he said he needed manager approval for the credit as "a good gesture". The...

My internet has changed from ADSL to NBN on exact date of my last ADSL period e.g. I paid the ADSL service until 10 April, the NBN started on 11 April, so I didn't use ADSL for few days as [name removed] advised at all. It isn't worst thing yet. I requested his manager to give me a phone call. [name removed]- the customer service manager - has contacted me after a day. She straightaway told me the same story which [name removed] said earlier that they provided the credit as "a good gesture" and lying that I had used few days in ADSL that's why they charged me extra month. After a long conversation and provide evidence that I didn't use ADSL at all in that billing period. She said their account team never check the bill and it's customer responsibility to check if it's correct billing, it isn't their responsibility issue invoice correctly. She refused to apologise for their mistake, and insisted that she didn't say that the credit was "a good gesture". When I said "you lie to my face", she said "I'm talking with you on the phone, not face to fact so I can't lie to your face". I requested to speak to her supervisor, she said no one is higher than her and no one in Internode will speak to me. I never experience that bad customer service in my life.
