More than happy

Been a customer for 6 years. Moved to nbn fixed wireless from ADSL as only option in my area. Very reliable connection and capable of serving 4 adults and 3 teenagers streaming needs. Running 4 laptops and 4 chrome tv's. Only contact Internode to order new products as everything just works

i am happy with my connection. When there was a issue after the bush fires we were informed.
my speed is good we can now enjoy streaming during this trying time. The last person i talked to was very helpfull.

I have tried other providers and left frustrated not only with a poor connection, but more importantly the service level to support. With internode the experience has been that which one would expect.

it's ok, can be slow at times, i'm a gamer, and rely on good fast speeds, unfortunately silver service is all i get get in my area. it does drop out now and again, but not to bad.

Always had great service. Have had a couple of dropout in big storms, however service restored one double quick time. Other than that is is very reliable. Highly recommend! Thank you

Great customer service and good speed

Very reliable. We live in a storm prone area and the service has still been very dependable. I do set the netflix, stan prime etc streaming services to not load HD but we have three devices (iPad, iPhone, google, iCloud, dropbox backups, MacMini, Pi) going all the time and there is little or no buffering.

Always fast and effective service

Only a couple of dropouts caused by a local NBN tower.
Internode has always been effective & timely in helping resolve the problem.
Internode was really helpful in the setting up of the internet connections

experienced dropouts some of the time would have liked to have " NBN FTTN " but only choice was wireless or nothing at all which is not Internodes fault but our stupid government.

I have been a customer of Internode for over 10 years now, the last 12 months with their fixed wireless NBN. I do not live in a big town or city and rely on internet to keep me informed. From ADSL to NBN Internode has been extremely supportive and their help desk has resolved any issues that I have had in an extremely efficient manner. I have been happy to recommend Internode to my family and friends and would in fact recommend them to anyone.

Good reliable service

We have had good reliable service but the download speed hasn't been any better than pre NBN so we are upgrading to Platinum to get a better service. Internode has always been helpful especially when we have visited their shopfront store.

I live in the country and regularly have problems with internet and other services. The problems are almost always (actually always!) wholesaler problems.

I am used to telephone helplines and Internode's is the best Ive ever experienced. Their call-back service really doesnt lose your place in the queue, the people who call you back have actually listened to the message youve left ... and they're in Australia.

Never seen a situation when the person on the line didnt go the extra mile to solve my problem - way beyond what youd hope for.

Internode may not be the cheapest but they are the best by a country mile.

Was advised by Internode that speed will drop from NBN 25 to NBN 12 due to NBN work in my area and hope that once finished speed will increase again.

Would like faster for same price.

Have had many drop outs speed appears slow.They did increase speed for short time for a trial. Then cut it back.to slow 25meg.But dealing with internode as a company has been ok.

The fixed wireless service is fine., as is the NBN and mobile services that I also have. What I like the most about Internode is their ability to solve technical issues which arise from time to time.

Rating may be due more with NBN than Internode. Have occasional speed problems. Generally these happen on weekends. Tech staff have always been responsive when dropouts (NBN) occur. Prices are keen.

Great company to deal with, always know what is needed.
Connection not terribly reliable anymore, drop outs happening. Guess that will get worse as more people connect. Sometimes quite frustrating for a payable service.
Yes had issues and the company do the best they can.

We do have dropouts occasionally, but as we don't rely on our connection all the time it does not worry us too much. We also have kept our copper phone line. We have been with Internode for many years now, have always found them very helpful and easy to understand
