excellent service from Internode for the last 9 years!!
Was advised by Internode that speed will drop from NBN 25 to NBN 12 due to NBN work in my area and hope that once finished speed will increase again.

Would like faster for same price.
Have had many drop outs speed appears slow.They did increase speed for short time for a trial. Then cut it back.to slow 25meg.But dealing with internode as a company has been ok.

Overall a good service
The fixed wireless service is fine., as is the NBN and mobile services that I also have. What I like the most about Internode is their ability to solve technical issues which arise from time to time.

Excellent customer service
After receiving Robo calls from NBN advising they were disconnecting my internet I was worried. I called my provider - Internode and the staff were so helpful and reassured me that there was no disconnection occurring and to ignore the Robo call. Today my connection has been sporadic so I called again and the staff member checked everything out and we got things running again. Their patience with me was fantastic given I am technically challenged in this new digital world ! Well done to the staff in particular to Cat and Jeffrey

Nothing works
Change over just over3 weeks ago haven’t had internet more more than a couple of day that has work proper been on the phone I don’t know how many times to support team, first had trouble with connecting to old router so they told me to go to office works and buy a router done than it did not work proper back on the phone had to go on a 24 month contract to get your router guess what has not been successful home ph trouble porting over and when finally ported wouldn’t and

Generally very good.
Rating may be due more with NBN than Internode. Have occasional speed problems. Generally these happen on weekends. Tech staff have always been responsive when dropouts (NBN) occur. Prices are keen.

Internode and NBN
Internode service and product is great. Their call centre staff are courteous and their "call back" facility is wonderful (and in Oz) If it were not for the infrequent NBN drop-outs, all would be excellent.

Fault with wireless NBN that internode refuses to acknowledge.
Very Unreliable connection for the last 12 months, I have tried reporting it many many times but they keep referring to it as NBN working in the area. This is an ongoing problem of loss of signal. Signal drops to nothing and that means very poor or no connection, It's not something in the way because the tower is less than a Km away. I have tried escalating this to the TIO and through local MP but they both require a fault docket which Internode will not raise or give me. I am sure NBN could fix this but not if they don't know about it.

Internode service was fantastic!
Simply put, our wi-fi and internet connection wouldn't work. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with the tech at Internode going through all the different protocols trying to fix it. The girl was simply fantastic and after exhausting all avenues to fix it, we came to the conclusion that there was a problem with the modem. The customer service girl was terrific, she was patient, articulate, had a sense of humour (which is sorely needed when you're frustrated with internet problems) and helpful. Telstra bullied us, and Internode were helpful and efficient
We changed to Telstra because it has better coverage in the countryside for my mobile phone, which is bundled into our service. However, we were very unhappy with the service - three modems were sent out and none of them worked. We were more unhappy with systems Telstra put in place and their bullying attitude. We had months of arguments. In the end, we threatened to call the Ombudsman. Finally, we returned to internode where we have received efficient and courteous service.

NBN with Internode
Great company to deal with, always know what is needed.
Connection not terribly reliable anymore, drop outs happening. Guess that will get worse as more people connect. Sometimes quite frustrating for a payable service.
Yes had issues and the company do the best they can.

Better than some
We do have dropouts occasionally, but as we don't rely on our connection all the time it does not worry us too much. We also have kept our copper phone line. We have been with Internode for many years now, have always found them very helpful and easy to understand

We really would be lost without this service.
We used to have quite a few dropouts but they were of short durations. Lately we have had no dropouts at all. Any problems bar dropouts were far and few between, usually to do with the strong winds we get here.

Not perfect but not far from it. It is very necessary due to health problems.
Only occasional dropouts much better than the wired that we used to have as the couplings on the copper corroded regularly and fell off. I do worry as our phone is via the internet connection and will not work during an outage or power failure. I have contemplated battery backup and in the Statewide power outage some years ago did connect an inverter to a 12 volt battery for security. My wife and I both have Leukaemia and she has been treated with chemo from September to December last. Internode staff have been very supportive and curtious when issues have arisen. We have been with Internode since it's inception and were transfered when NBN wireless came to Murray Bridge about Jan 2015.

Flaky technology / Great ISP
My NBN delivered by fixed wireless is sometimes really good and sometimes of an evening quite slow. It is subject to unannounced outages and affected by the weather. We are glad we retained our copper phone line.
I have been with Internode since October 2013, first on ADSL and then for Fixed Wireless since September 2016. I have found them to be very helpful and easy to deal with. Effortless, excellent service
The installation of the NBN service was seamless. Even when we had installation issues, due to poor signal, Internode kept us informed and were quick to arrange another installation date. Their customer representatives are friendly and helpful.

Excellent Service and Professional Advice
I have a wireless NBN connection and it has been excellent. I had a few days where the connection kept dropping out but after contacting Internode Geraldine advised me that there was work happening at our local exchange and that there would be drop outs for a couple of days. As advised two days later and the service is up and running and better than before.

Getting worse every year
Quality of connection has been getting worse over time. The support you get is really random - sometimes it's someone friendly and conscientious but other times you get a some mindless drone you can barely hear/understand. Still better than Telstra where it's always terrible :-)

Unexpected Connection Issues
Our business been very happy with the new NBN service and reliability of the NBN Gold unlimited service - until a week ago! Connectivity became flaky and dropped out regularly. Internode has been very helpful in liasing with NBN to have the fault isolated. We are in a 'wait and see' position hoping the fault can be isolated.
