Quick to connect

Only been 3 days. Having no problems . Internet speed as good as before except for Zoom video conferencing where the connection is unstable and audio drops out and video freezes.

Initial problem with telephone connection to modem but resolved by Call Centre Staff Member who called me after initail NBN Connection. So the follow up by iPrimus was good.

Ok for a start

Too early to say how good NBN is over my old service. No issues as yet time will tell. Have not used te new service as it was installed on Tuesday at my apartment and I have left for my holiday place.

Iprimus takes care of me

Iprimus has been a good company to deal with. I have no complaints other than I believe my internet speed is a bit slow, but interaction with tech assist which I believe is the most important aspect has been very good to date and I have no reason to assume this will change.

So far the connection to internet has been satisfactory. has been satisfactory. However the telephone is often disrupted. However you have attended to it. However it occurs too often.
There is nothing more I need act.

From signing up until going from ADSL to NBM took exactly one week. I was only off line for around an hour while the changeover took place. Once connected fully on-line again within twenty minutes. So far no drop outs, very happy.

Connection is reliable and much faster than the one we had previously. There are no issues of concern and connection failure as we used to have this issues occurring more often with adsl broadband

Worst service you could imagine, no communication, continuously delayed installation, repair to service took 3x as long as promised and not even a sorry.
Charged for time without internet too!

Everything went to plan

Had a call from Iprimus who I was with anyway and switched to NBN and with in a week I was all connected. The Modem arrived three days after sign up. I was on ADSL2 before and now on NBN 12 but only slightly better but was happy with what I had before anyway. It does what I want anyway and don't have problems with Netflix so all happy

Still have problems with home phone but other than that it’s great very fast no issues as yet

The transfer from ADSL to NBN was made very easy.I was kept informed throughout the whole
process.The person who came to install NBN connection box was great and made sure I was happy
with the location of the box.I never thought it would all be so simple.

1) the long time waiting for an answer to fix an urgent problem
2) JC (Agent from Phillippin) has done a great service and fixed the problem that took one year to get fixed
3) Our Modem is an old tech that needs update and replacement but iPrimus would not do

Smooth operation ever since connection. When there was confusion about transferring from ADSL this was resolved quickly and with no difficulty. I was led through the questions by the staff member with understanding.

Service has been consistently satisfactory over a number of years. Help has always been accessible and problems have always been solved with a minimum of inconvenience. Connection reliable, with very few drop-outs. 30GB limit has almost always been sufficient and speed is acceptable for my needs.

NBN Been running smoothly for a while now, no issues and no drop-outs and functioning with-in expected parameters very happy so far...far superior to ASDL service which was a nightmare at times, down for weeks at a time, I had to constantly ringing them to inquire why ?

Only have NBN for 10 days, no internet issues during that time. Installation was done very professional and efficient. Exchange of the modem was done within a reasonable timeframe to fix the initially not working landline.
