I purchased my Sunbeam Food Processor from Joyce Mayne Maroochydore recently and it's my favorite appliance in my kitchen and can't say enough of the staff that were very knowledgeable and very helpful to me.
Sales staff sold me wrong equipment for what I required. Then found the correct equipment.
Returned to Joyce Mayne for a refund they hit me with in store credit and not a refund. Well if your salesman had a clue and knowledge I wouldn't have purchased this product so therefore should be granted a refund. Manager obviously has no regard for customer service just pointed at a sign by front counter. Some ridiculous indoor policy procedure about no refunds. Then ranted about policy and procedures. Then once I found something at counter he wanted to carry on with argument. I would strongly suggest [name removed] you find a new career as customer service isn't a strong point of yours
We purchased a Toshiba lap top, with extended warranty. 14 days later with regular intemitten use we opened it and a crack had appeared at the top right hand corner of the screen which quickly spread. The lap top was never dropped and was only opened for normal usage approx 20 times in the 2 week period. No excessive force was used to open the screen, a lap top should withstand normal usage without screen cracking. Read moree where we purchased the lap top were very unhelpful, condescending andrefused to accept responsibility for selling an inferior product. The product has no external damage. After 2 weeks of normal wear and usage a crack should not appear on the screen of a laptop this is obviously an inferior quality product we were sold. Other comparable retailers would back up their products and honor their warranty obligations by providing a replacement or a refund without question.and would consider customer satisfaction as a main objective.I recently purchased a number of kitchens items from Joyce Mayne Warrawong. I did so as they we're considerably cheaper on exactly the same items as the local competitors. However why I was so happy with the service was due to the fact that they went 'above and beyond' in rectifying an issue with a SMEG cooker that I brought. This cooker was in excess of $6000 and I was very disappointed when it was delivered in a less the satisfactory state. Read morenager of the store was extremely helpful. He acknowledged and owned the problem, but more importantly ordered and delivered a new stove in a timely manner. Item stopped working within 12 months. Joyce Mayne would not replace or even arrange repair.
Don't buy from them!
Go to Harvey Norman or Good Guys.

Thanks a lot Joyce Mayne Townsville for nothing. A few years ago our family purchased an expensive coffee machine and on top of this purchased what we were informed by the sales rep at the time was a 'new for old replacement extended warranty' . Well, the coffee machine goes U/S the other day, we call Joyce Mayne Townsville who inform us the policy is only for repair. So today we finally speak to a manager who also informs us the same saying ' that staff member was wrong and no longer works here' and that the warranty extra cost is still cheape...

I don't know what to say other then horrible customer service!!!!, can tell staff didn't want to be there nor help you in any real way, ended up just walking out, won't ever shop there again, was really upset with it all.

The new maroochydore store is bad in the white good section the staff hide and seek with the customers, the sales are bad these guys are cheats and would say anything to achieve a quick cash sale, they talk you into buying the wrong thing and rip you off. Oh and the television adverts just drive me insane,and I won't shop there. See ya joycee

The turnover of staff at the Chancellor Park store is high and reflects the rudeness and cockiness displayed by the female assistant in the white goods section. We have purchased many items from this store and never have we been treated with such contempt! We should have walked out. The so-called 'scratch and dent' sale was a farce and we were told on Saturday, the 'few' items on special were all gone first thing Friday morning!!! A little courtesy would have been nice and although we plan to purchase more products it will be take a lot of consideration to walk through those doors again!
The staff in the small appliances were just lovely!

purchased this machine 5yrs ago. After 3 1/2 years it had noticeable rusting along the top front above the door, tried to deal with Joyce Mayne who forwarded us to the manufacture. We phoned them and they didn't want to know us. After I completed basic 101 home handy man paint job on this machine it managed to last for another year. Then it started to show more sighs of rust, this time across the bottom of the machine, leaking, not turning off (continual spinning) and water valve not stopping the water flow, where also some more problems.

I visited Joyce Mayne last week with all intention of buying blender and fitbit or smilliar. Firstly I asked a lady about the blenders they had on sale the differences etc. She wasnt really listening as she got me the one i wasnt interested in said her daugters had it for years and loved it, i said i wasnt a fan of the layout as it wouldnt suit sitting on our kitchen bench, however the lady picked up a boxed one wrote something on the barcode and handed it to me asking if there was anything else she could help with? Anyway after hunting around Ifound them YAY i really wanted a fitbit flex howver was unsure of its overall functions and if it would suit my needs after 5mins of waiting around staff serving other people (it was quite busy) a young girl asked "your right" (stroking her side fringe constantly sorry this comment doesnt need to be here really however for the whole time i was with her this was happening continusly and the obnocshous open mouth gum chewing it really goton my nerves) however the iceing on the cake was when i asked the difference between the fitbit flex and another watch she repetably said "fitbits are cool you can invite your friends to join and stuff you know" I explained i didnt know and that i was after the functions it performed/tracked, again was told i could verse friends. The result i didnt purchase anything there, i will not be returnig to that store and I will do research before i go in, it was a spare of the moment thing i new i wanted and i was travelling past. However I will recommend Joyce Mayne Sippy Downs Ive been there many times made many purchases and always get more information then i expect when asking the staff there questions! We spent a lot of money in this store because of the excellent customer service we recieved. Unfortunately one of the products was faulty and when we took it back they didn't have another one to replace it & didn't come up with a reasonable alternative in fact the sales guy who said he was the manager got very defensive and was extremely patronising he just wanted us to take the refund and disappear. Big mistake I wont be shopping there again as its too much of a hassle should there be a problem with a product and I have no confidence in being ...

We shopped around heaps and the product knowledge at Joyce Mayne was amazing. The staff could tell us the pros and cons of each coffee machine and how to pull each one apart and clean it. It was far superior to any other store. We have found this with other roducts as well.
Great service and very knowledgeable
ordered new washing machine, it arrived in my local store a few days later, went to pick it up only to be told someone had sold it to another customer that morning as the customer was in a bind. not good enough as far as iI am concerned. very unprofessional. iI am so angry & upset. now they can't tell me when another one will be here.

I love Joyce Mayne. The service is always very helpful. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. I recently rang them to check on a product availability. The salesperson who was in that section was busy and said he'd call me back. And he DID. Amazing!! They offered to get me the product when I was ready and it was cheaper that the other stores. I have purchased every electrical appliance from Joyce Mayne Sippy Downs. 4 Plasma tv's. the next to be the 70" for a wedding anniversary present for my husband and myself. My laptops. 4 of them. Every possible appliance from the smallest to the largest. Go for it people. See [name removed] in computers and [name removed] in tv's.My house is strictly a Joyce Mayne house. Sippy Downs for excellent service, after sales service, and great prices. No finance for me, and I am a very happy customer and will continue.

We been searching for affordable deep freezer just before we left we went to the joyce mayne website. we got excited because we found the freezer we been looking for and they have 15% off aswell due to st. patrick. when we got there were looking around trying to find the freezer and we couldnt find it so we call for help. the lady told us they dont have that kind of freezer in store. i told her we went to the website and it says your selling it her. I suggested to her to look on your computer and she found it. and said to us they order it 3 weeks ago and still waiting to arrived. and i suggested to her again to ring up other branch if they have any stocks and the same no stocks at all.
