We purchased a Former glass dining table, 4 Quay dining chairs and a Felix Studio sofa bed. We're really happy with all items and Miranda at the store was a great help sorting out the correct size of the table and the upholstery for the dining chairs. The delivery guys were professional and polite and finished off the whole King Living experience with a smile.

We are so happy with our Delta lll sofa package from the Fortitude Valley Store. Miranda looked after us with such friendly professional service, helping us understand the big range of products and helping us choose which would suit our quite specific requirements which included the sofa bed option to fit a restricted space. Most sofa beds just don't look good as lounge furniture. Our King Living sofas, however are so classy and are the perfect product for us. Quality was a big factor for us, and King Living was the only furniture which we were satisfied with on all levels.

The guidance and support we received from Daryl was outstanding. From "hello", to arranging the on time delivery to our home, her help in the refining of our 'wish-list' down to what was simply the best choices for us, was invaluable. The on-site assembly was also very professional.
Every day, we still comment on the design, the colour, the fit (in our space) and the comfort of the incredibly soft leather (Oh my goodness!).

It was easy to get around the show room and see a range of quality products. Served by Daryl and she knew which lounge was best for me. The Jasper was super and fits my apartment perfectly.

I purchased furniture yesterday for two rooms in my new house and was looked after by Aaron at the Fortitude Valley store. What was for me a potentially daunting process was made enjoyable with Aaron's help. Aaron was not only patient, but had extremely helpful design ideas. I will definitely be returning to get his help with our dining and outdoor spaces.

Charleen was extremely helpful with the difficult situation of finding us in the computer system.
The Oscar lounge though has a design fault with knuckles in the back rests which fail after much use. We believed we had lifetime guarantee but were told after 9 years that we're out of warranty for getting repairs!

King Living promote how well made their sofas are. We have had continual problems with the electric Cloud sofa. Three visits to fix - buttons twice and recently, the whole button lining had come away. Admittedly, after service is excellent however, how well made is a big concern.

Thanks to Aaron who helped me pick the Delta outdoor couch- it’s super comfortable and looks great! The coffee table is working really well as well, a great outdoor combo
