I had a great experience in store, and the sales consultant Chanelle Rose could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. I probably spent 30-45 mins being directly assisted, and shown the products with all features fully explained. I have had fantastic customer assistance ever since through to the finalisation of my order, which included multiple phone calls and email exchanges. I am now looking forward to delivery.

We had the most wonderful lady (Deb Hopley) help us buy our cloud sofa. We were very indecisive and went to the store at least three times not to mention the countless phone calls. She was epic

We fell in love with the Jasper 11 as soon as we turned the corner of the store and laid eyes on it! We had been looking in other furniture stores but were disappointed with the displays and service, then happened upon the well displayed King Living store. We found Deb Hopley very helpful and knowledgeable, she was professional and not at all pushy..

We were replacing a previous King Living lounge damaged by flood :( The quality of King furniture is so superior & we loved the previous sofa (Concerto) so much we wanted to replace it with exactly the same one! The Southport Gold Coast store was helpful and attentive each time I visited to view fabrics etc. Special mention to Chanelle who kept me informed by way of email on quotes and upcoming sales. She is very knowledgeable on the King products, has such a lovely personality & nothing was too much trouble.

Sofa & chair leather colour doesn't match. Tables are crooked. Rep came out but we never heard from them again. Thought we were buying quality but wasted our money. Never again.

Lounge is amazing, love the quality material selection, use at home and comfort. So happy with the service from Miranda Trost the sales person, very helpful from start to finish.

We purchased a Former glass dining table, 4 Quay dining chairs and a Felix Studio sofa bed. We're really happy with all items and Miranda at the store was a great help sorting out the correct size of the table and the upholstery for the dining chairs. The delivery guys were professional and polite and finished off the whole King Living experience with a smile.

Miranda in the Fortitude Valley store has helped us twice now with the purchase of a Delta III sofa and our wonderful Sleep+9008 bed. My husband and I were both impressed with her great customer service. She was so friendly to deal with as well as having great product knowledge. We will be back!

We are so happy with our Delta lll sofa package from the Fortitude Valley Store. Miranda looked after us with such friendly professional service, helping us understand the big range of products and helping us choose which would suit our quite specific requirements which included the sofa bed option to fit a restricted space. Most sofa beds just don't look good as lounge furniture. Our King Living sofas, however are so classy and are the perfect product for us. Quality was a big factor for us, and King Living was the only furniture which we were satisfied with on all levels.

Have a King Cloud Recliner aged about 5 years. Recently one recliner button stopped working while the chair was reclined. King arranged a service call but as my partner was in hospital it was difficult for me to be there in working hours. Also I needed it fixed before my partner returned so that there were no trip hazards in the unit. Their serviceman, Brett, went above and beyond by coming at 6 pm and fixed the issue in no time and within 2 days of my call to King.

Excellent service by Pete who went well beyond expectations to provide is with the service to satisfying a fuss customer. Highly recommended for anyone who fits this category. Well done
