I would not agree with the comment above in regards to leisure pools at Thornton. Stay well away, customer service in non existent, and when you try to contact them, there is no reply to emails, phone calls or text messages. I am currently in discussions with Fair Trading as we speak, due to the incorrect equipment we have had installed, that Jamie is refusing to even disuss with us, he has stated he doesn't have time for us and our problems.

I had the great pleasure of buying my pool from Leisure Pools Perth, Therése, Lee and their team were fantastic. They went above and beyond in my case and worked in with my circumstances. The install went as smoothly as it could have and I have heard some horror stories. All the team were extremely helpful, friendly and very responsive. I have a 10m Elegance and the pool itself is great and they installed it exactly how they said they would which when I did my homework was the big differentiator in my decision to buy from Leisure Pools rather than one of the others. The pool has been in for 1 ½ months and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them.

Hi, We were dealing with the Penrith pool centre in New South Wales, so I am not sure about the Brisbane one. Have you found any reviews on them in particular? Sorry I cannot help.

Hi - Stuart installed my pool last year and I was so happy with it I recommended him to a fellow school mum who is equally happy with her result.

It is absolutely not true that LP does not provide a quote. In fact their quote is a an upfront all expenses quote with the guarantee it won't blow out. Furthermore, payments are made in instalments as per a signed contract which includes the quote in it.

If you would like, you should ask Stuart to take to some of the pools he has installed. His work speaks for its self.

He is knowledgeable and honest and won't let you down!

Yeah I checked them all out and eventually went with Narellan - best decision I made.

Hi, we've just paid our deposit and to this point, cannot recommend them highly enough. Had numerous meetings, emails and visits both to their office and at our property and nothing has been too much trouble. We actually had another company take the time to come out and quote on the same day that Leisure Pools did (approx. 2 months ago) and we never did receive that quote, despite following this up. Let's hope the install of the pool runs as smoothly as it has up to now.

We paid a huge deposit in June last year and we still do not have a pool. They never answer their phone, they do not communicate with you at all. So I told them we want our money back and they took months to respond. They finally responded and said we are not getting a cent back and if we take them to court they will sue us for breach of contract! Ridiculous company. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Yes we had a great experance with Leisure Pools Sydney the family team were fanatic nothing too much trouble we would recommend them.

Just to answer my own question...turns out there isn't a dealer in Geelong anymore. Geelong is serviced by the guys in Western Melbourne :)

In my dealings with Leisure Pools (in Sydney) I was told that it was a family business run out of QLD. I was told that the excavator that did the damage to my property is the brother of the company owner. All my dealings to have the damage the excavator caused were ignored. A contract was signed, as required by Leisure Pools in regards to liability but they just ignored all attempted contact.

I've had a pool installed by Leisure Pools Perth and am 100% satisfied from start to finish. We gained a number of quotes and whilst LP Perth wasn't the cheapest it was the most comprehensive and transparent ie there were no hidden or additional costs. The product knowledge, advice, service and communication was fantastic and made the entire process easy and stress free. Our pool was installed on time and everyone involved was professional and disruption to our household and neighbours was minimalised. The job was efficient and most importantly safe for my small children. I wasn't left with a big clean up or anything to do other than enjoy our investment. I can't fault the quality of the product, install or service. After sales service has been great also. I have recommended LP Perth to many friends since and all have shared my experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a pool in Perth.
