We are very happy with our experience with Lounge Life.
Yasmin at the showroom was friendly and helpful. We had a long wait for the Chelsea recliners we chose because of COVID but were regularly kept informed of their progress. We are very happy with the look, comfort and quality of our chairs and would definitely recommend Lounge Life.
Purchased a Boston Leather lounge about 12 months ago. The process online was straightforward and had to wait about 12 weeks for delivery which I was informed about. When it did arrive they told me to pick it up immediately because it was taking up space in their warehouse.
The lounge was straightforward to assemble however it did have some sort of chemical smell that did eventually go away after a few weeks.

Read moreceived an email and you need to update your address, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] and we will be able to assist you with the process from there.The unmasked delivery man arrived unannounced; twice told me that he didn't have a mask, and then claimed that he had an exemption (in which case he should not be making deliveries into peoples homes). He then belligerently said he could leave the furniture on the doorstep (in the middle of the storm season!); and with a take it or leave it attitude, that the choice was mine. How dare he expect to enter my house unmasked and potentially give my family covid - this was totally irresponsible. I was told the store manager was away for two weeks so I contacted head office who have not had the courtesy to respond.

we bought 8 theatre and 4 lounge pieces, guess we are happy with our purchases
New build so we needed to fill new rooms.
Theatre recliners are all leather and of good quality, electric too, so smooth. We got 8 so the price had to be right.
We also bought 4 sofas for two rooms. Being new they have great lumbar support which will soften over time. Once again all leather.
Easy to deal with sales staff who were not pushy and delivery was as promised.
We got John and Oscar to assemble and position the chairs and take all the packaging away. Needless to say they have done this many times and they are a well oiled machine.
Looking forward to a movie and catching up with friends with our new kit.
Bought 2 lounges from them, the most recent one Napoleon Leather Modular Lounge started wearing off within a year.
The leather color is fading asymettrically with visible spots at various places. The seats on the lounge have multiple permanent wrinkles.
The customer service is terrible and they want to avoid honoring guarantee by giving excuses.
Rubbish customer service ever. Beware before purchase read term and conditions
Expensive than other stores. Not a huge variety and worst part is three people inside who don’t know how to dealt with customers

Great service until you pay! They will call you at 9:30pm to sell you a lounge but never call you back once your lounge is ready to be delivered!

Be careful! Promises made to get the sale, charged in-full, received weeks late and new items delivered rusted, stained and damaged. (See images attached, taken on day of delivery). Extremely poor service, Customer Service advised they would take-back the defective products, provided I was willing to wait 3-months without a product. No apology, was advised by [Name Removed] that I was "lucky she had called at all."

Had great help and information about the lounge suite I was interested from Yasmin. She sent me a swatch to see if it meet my requirements. (YES). Finally decided to make a purchase, speaking to Ben ( hopefully correct name ), who gave me further info, which was great fully received. Fantastic service, my wife and I can't wait to have it delivered .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jose knows his stuff and makes it all an incredibly enjoyable experience. Backed up by an absolutely perfect lounge delivery and by far my most successful furniture purchase ever! Who would have though doing it by video link would be so so seamless. Thank you Jose, wonderful from beginning to end. My dog and I feel utterly decadent plonking down on our stunning sofa every evening!

Good communication by online store. Webpage worked well for us. Found what we wanted. Live chat person was excellent.
Timely delivery. Delivery staff communicated ahead re. ETA. They were quick, efficient and polite. Lounge assembled for us. Looks good, feels good.
Jacob and Ronnie were true professionals... they called prior to their arrival, arrived on time and assembled the furniture quickly. Highly recommend their services!
Everything about this transaction was positive. The store is easy to get to and easy to browse. The service was warm and informative. The product is excellent. Delivery prefect.

I purchase the lounge in August 2020. Since then l have had no problem with the product. The couch is comfortable to sit on. I had excellent customer service from the company. I hope this helps your review regarding the lounge.
I’m not concerned about the reviews a few months after purchase though I’m concerned that after spending $5000 on a couch it may start to fall apart within 12 months. And I’m guessing that’s why their warranty for “quality leather” lounge doesn’t go beyond 2 years, cause they aren’t even confident in their product lasting beyond that.
Hey all - those that were happy with their lounges, are you still happy with them now?
Can you please let me know what type of leather is used on the lounge suites, and also how long a leather lounge suite is expected to last? (Average wear and tear)
