I bought 3 sofa when i bough it looks fantastic but product after only 3 months getting issue with stitches and leather is going to tear from stitches and all joints i contacted back to them with photos they send technician can you believe technician just put some synthetic rubber and he apply spray to cover it. Its going to worst and worst. I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from lounge life they know they selling rubbish thats why they giving you only 12 months warranty. Better to buy with spend bit more amount and buy good produc...

I visited the Salisbury story as my first port of call when looking for a new lounge. I was very happy with both the service I received and the product selection. I returned again the next day to re-look at the item I was leaning towards and was greeted warmly and encouraged to spend as much time as I liked there. In the end, I purchased the lounge and can't wait for it to be delivered to my new home. Thanks to Tina and the team.

The delivery experience from John and Oscar was so easy they solved an impossible situation with ease they were superstars if you looking for a great product and exceptional service cannot recommend them enough!!

Yasmin at the showroom was friendly and helpful. We had a long wait for the Chelsea recliners we chose because of COVID but were regularly kept informed of their progress. We are very happy with the look, comfort and quality of our chairs and would definitely recommend Lounge Life.

Know better, choose better.
We bought a leather customised lounge set about 2.5 years ago but the leather has started to peeled off. Expensive but very poor quality leather, very disappointed with the product. It’s just 2.5 years old now that we made a purchased from Brisbane Salisbury store but leather quality is very poor.

Read moreceived an email and you need to update your address, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] and we will be able to assist you with the process from there.The unmasked delivery man arrived unannounced; twice told me that he didn't have a mask, and then claimed that he had an exemption (in which case he should not be making deliveries into peoples homes). He then belligerently said he could leave the furniture on the doorstep (in the middle of the storm season!); and with a take it or leave it attitude, that the choice was mine. How dare he expect to enter my house unmasked and potentially give my family covid - this was totally irresponsible. I was told the store manager was away for two weeks so I contacted head office who have not had the courtesy to respond.

we bought 8 theatre and 4 lounge pieces, guess we are happy with our purchases
New build so we needed to fill new rooms.
Theatre recliners are all leather and of good quality, electric too, so smooth. We got 8 so the price had to be right.
We also bought 4 sofas for two rooms. Being new they have great lumbar support which will soften over time. Once again all leather.
Easy to deal with sales staff who were not pushy and delivery was as promised.
We got John and Oscar to assemble and position the chairs and take all the packaging away. Needless to say they have done this many times and they are a well oiled machine.
Looking forward to a movie and catching up with friends with our new kit.

The leather color is fading asymettrically with visible spots at various places. The seats on the lounge have multiple permanent wrinkles.
The customer service is terrible and they want to avoid honoring guarantee by giving excuses.

Be careful! Promises made to get the sale, charged in-full, received weeks late and new items delivered rusted, stained and damaged. (See images attached, taken on day of delivery). Extremely poor service, Customer Service advised they would take-back the defective products, provided I was willing to wait 3-months without a product. No apology, was advised by [Name Removed] that I was "lucky she had called at all."

Had great help and information about the lounge suite I was interested from Yasmin. She sent me a swatch to see if it meet my requirements. (YES). Finally decided to make a purchase, speaking to Ben ( hopefully correct name ), who gave me further info, which was great fully received. Fantastic service, my wife and I can't wait to have it delivered .

I had ordered my new lounge suite and buffet just prior to Covid. It was delayed delivery, but then everything was. It was well worth waiting for. It's so comfortable and I love the luxurious leather. So glad I got the electric recliners as I can set the footrest level at any level. Everyone that comes to my house comments on how comfortable it is. I found the store had lots of different options, also plenty of options for those of us that aren't tall as we need a shorter seat base or our feet don't touch the ground. I feel like I got excellent...
Read more value for money and advice from staff as this was the first leather one I've ever purchased. I'm moving house before long to a larger house so will need an additional one for a 2nd living area. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store. The buffet came already assembled so that is a huge advantage.The delivery was a great experience where the guys set it up in the house and placed the lounge and buffet in the position I requested, also were happy to move my old buffet to the garage for me.
