Very Happy with Lounge
Went up to the Salisbury store back in June 2022 and took delivery in September 2022. We were told there would be a wait on delivery from overseas, so no problem. Customer service in the Salisbury store was fantastic. Info was explained and we were left to ponder our choices. We have been so happy with our lounge. We paid extra for a hard wearing fabric and are very happy with the style, colour and comfort of the lounge. We have put in for a claim for new clips that keep the modular lounge together as the plastic ones supplied keep coming apart. After sales sent a warranty claim form through same day for replacement clips. Thanks Lounge Life.

Disappointing
Went to the Salisbury store and received excellent service from Andrew. We sat on the leather display lounges and found them to be very comfortable so we placed an order for the lounge to be made in fabric. We were told it would be 10 to 12 weeks till delivery. 16 weeks later it finally arrived after we were given 3 delivery dates which were then cancelled. We were told that the delivery firm would unpack the lounge, assemble it and remove all the packaging. at they didn't have time to do it, so they just dumped the boxes in the lounge and left. We then rang the delivery firm and were told they had forgotten to advise the delivery guys of these instructions and they could come back in 3 days to assemble the lounge. Not sure where they expected us to sit in the meantime and the lady we spoke to didn't really seem to care, so my husband and I who are both in our 70's struggled to do it ourselves. The lounge we have ended up with bears absolutely no resemblance to the one we sat in in the showroom. Warning - misleading advertising & appalling service
I lodged a written complaint 11 days ago and still have not received any response, not even an acknowledgment. I know head office will have received it because the store told us they passed it on, so we have been ignored. I requested a refund of our $2032 deposit paid due to misleading colours on their website which led to our lounge suites being made in the wrong colour.

urs were misleading after I asked them to view them on their computer. They indicated this had been a recurring problem as the owners would not change the website. I accept that minor variations in shade to the online colour are tolerable but cream is NOT light grey! When I initially complained verbally to the Sydney customer services, [name removed] told me categorically that they will continue making the order anyway!. He tried to trivialise the problem as a minor digital colour variation and vehemently over ruled their store staff saying their views don't matter. His attitude and tone was arrogant, condescending and dictatorial. It is completely unreasonable to continue with an order when the customer has advised you there is a clear error in the colour. Overall I was left with the impression this has happened a number of times previously because [name removed] had a dogmatic almost rehearsed response to the problem. Everything we dreamed our new lounge would be!!!
Initially we selected our Lounge online and then viewed it at the Brisbane Store.
Troy was extremely attentive and understood our time constraints.
Our Lounge was delivered in 10 weeks - 2 weeks short of initial quoted time which was amazing.
We couldn't have been more thrilled with the quality of the product and service.
Would recommend Lounge Life 100%
Thanks Lounge Life for making this very special purchase much more than we expected.
