We recently purchased a new dinning table from these guys and the experience was perfect. They provided excellent guidance on picking the right product to fit the style of our home, as an extra bonus they where the only ones who could deliver everything before Christmas. On the day of the delivery I was able to track the driver (who kindly waited while I was stuck in traffic). They had everything in the apartment in 10mins flat. - perfect experience

Grrat online experience. Straight into the store and had great knowledgeable service. Short delivery time and when the day came, delivery was on time and the guys were also really friendly and super helpful, put the couch together and were on their way...easy peasy.

We received the goods very quickly after we purchased them in store. Jenny who took care of us in store was great at following up and making sure we were happy with everything delivery wise. We have just recently unpacked everything into our new place and we are also super happy with the quality of the items and the ease of following the instructions and attaching the legs.

This is my second order from Lounge Lovers and I can't fault their service and delivery, and most importantly, their products. The in store staff (Isabelle at Crows Nest) are so helpful - my order was done in less than 20 minutes. Their delivery guys are awesome; careful of the goods, quick to assemble and very friendly. And for the price, you can't get better quality. Definitely my #1 for soft furnishings!

Purchased a viga dining table set which was delivered recently. There was a lengthy delay on delivery, but we were informed about this prior to purchase.
We had a few issues with installation, but this was resolved quickly and conveniently by the excellent staff at Loungelovers, who remained in communication throughout the process.

Purchased corner sofa from the store The staff helpful with measuring and trying to find right sofa for the space at home. No pressure from sales staff to make a purchase on the spot.Delivery boys punctual polite and they quickly assembled the corner sofa. It looks great is very comfortable and fits well in the room. Great quality, stylish furniture at a very decent price. I found the staff at the Crows Nest store super lovely to deal with, and it wasn't too difficult to assemble the furniture.

I first bought a leather couch from the store and everything went great. I then bought a rug and even though there was a bit of confusion on delivery dates, I was compensated by getting the product delivered to my house directly. It’s a very professional and customer focused team.

The journey in store was seamless. Excellent and smiley customer service. The products themselves are such high quality. I chose the Harriet 3 seater in green velvet plus the 1 seater. They’ve been delivered this morning exactly on time by 2 friendly and helpful delivery drivers. I will definitely be back (as soon as my husband allows it - haha)
