We ordered a dining table, dining chairs and a TV Unit. We chose delivery and service was great, also the furniture was already assembled except for the feet of the table, chairs and TV units, so it was very easy to finalise the assembling. Love the products, thanks :)

Engaging service took interest in my needs chairs easy to assemble .One chair damaged but was replaced ..........Delivery was on schedule choice of timings even on a Saturday.Plan to go back

Recently purchased the Linda armchair at lounge lovers South Yarra store and needed assistance to assemble the legs as I did not have a power drill. Lounge Lovers organised a staff member to attend my home to assemble the legs within one working day!

Store well laid out and easy to browse. Helpful friendly staff and customer service who were very accommodating when my order had to be split. Delivery staff were fantastic, assembled the furniture and took rubbish away. I love my new furniture and can’t wait for the rest to arrive.

Found exactly the table I was after. It wasn’t in stock but I was told I would have it delivered within a week. Every part of the customer experience from purchasing to delivery was exceptional.

Recently purchased a lounge chair at South Yarra Store. Store was well set out and easy to view stock. Staff were attentive and super prompt with organizing delivery! They were also prompt with organizing a staff member to visit to assemble my chair for me. Chair is great quality and fits perfectly.

Everything was seamless from purchase to delivery. I received great help in the store to choose the right dining chairs. The chairs were in stock and were able to be delivered within 2 business days for a cheap price.
The chairs came already assemble so it was simple to just take them out of the box and take off the packaging. Would definitely use this store again.

Being in the middle of a pandemic, we were somewhat worried about finding furniture that we would like. Luckily, we were able to book a brief appointment with one of Loungelovers staff at Waterloo who showed us some of their great products. Delivered today, looks fantastic, really happy! Thanks!

- I am very happy with the Sierra Solid wood dining table. Great value for money.
- Assemble was little difficult since the table was heavy, it was Solid wood but that is the beauty of the product.
