After realising that lockdown was real it was time to get a comfy couch. Friday afternoon trip to showroom, easy to navigate, selection was in stock and a Saturday afternoon delivery, unpacked and ready for action. Too easy! Great experience!

Purchased the magic book shelf to fill a large wall space. The shelf is high quality and looks great. Store even made 2 separate deliveries at no extra charge with my order as this item was found to be located in Melbourne with a possible delay to the other item close by.

Isabelle in the Crows Nest store took us through so many great sofa options and went out of her way to make sure we got the right sofa, delivered as soon as possible!! Delivery was so quick, considering usual furniture delivery times and the guys came and assembled the sofa professionally and took all rubbish with them. Quality service!! Would recommend. Very pleased with the sofa in our home.
