My shopping experience was very enjoyable. I attended the Sth Yarra store on Sunday 3rd May. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful and my sales transaction was a breeze.
The item I purchased was delivered promptly at the time given and the delivery staff were courteous and helpful also.

Recently purchased the Linda armchair at lounge lovers South Yarra store and needed assistance to assemble the legs as I did not have a power drill. Lounge Lovers organised a staff member to attend my home to assemble the legs within one working day!

So happy the moment our couch arrived! It’s perfect, look incredible in our living room. I research for weeks and Pinterest like a crazy person and Matt from the Fitzroy ( normally works in south Yarra) store made us feel at ease and so comfortable. His knowledge and customer service was second to none! Would recommend to anyone . PS. We purchased two Bronte sofas.

Recently purchased a lounge chair at South Yarra Store. Store was well set out and easy to view stock. Staff were attentive and super prompt with organizing delivery! They were also prompt with organizing a staff member to visit to assemble my chair for me. Chair is great quality and fits perfectly.

I haven’t unpacked my new furniture yet but I have been very impressed with the customer service & also the prompt delivery

- I attend the showroom at South Yarra. I found the great range of products including lounges and dining tables. Mati was really helpful, great customer service.
- I am very happy with the Sierra Solid wood dining table. Great value for money.
- Assemble was little difficult since the table was heavy, it was Solid wood but that is the beauty of the product.

I really liked the range of couches available at the store but obviously it was hard to pick between certain brands and colours. After going back home with some fabric test patterns we could work out which colours would be appropriate for our home. We got the couch delivered the very next day and it was set up in less than 10 minutes with rubbish removed. Loving the couch!

We bought the bronte dining table, bench and tate dining chairs. Customer service was amazing from in store view and order, amendments over the phone to add products and change delivery date, even up until the delivery! Everyone was extremely helpful.

We purchased the Lisa 3 Seat Sofa in light grey as the quality design and finish was too good to pass up. Would highly recommend for those seeking great design at a great price level.

Our couch is incredibly comfortable and looks awesome in our space! The entire process was speedy and painless. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! For the quality of the furniture you can’t go wrong.

I had already picked out a rug online, I went into the story to get a gauge of size, texture etc. From the moment I entered the store to walking away with a delivery date it was only 15 minutes maximum. The store staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Jenny has then kept me updated with the delivery progress and it was delivered on time, given the current state of the world, I am incredibly impressed. They delivery driver was polite and friendly too. All round brilliant experience

Love my new Alexis couch in light grey. It's well designed for small spaces and fits well in my tiny apartment. Absolutely impressed with the delivery service, no issues getting up my tight staircase. I found it easy to assemble the couch on my own..

Such a lovely store. Very well presented. Staff member was very knowledgeable and helped me make my decision on colour and style which is exactly what I needed! Staff member offered their delivery service which was great and arrived in FOUR days! Didn’t have to wait around for weeks for my purchase. Lovely staff and lovely team.
