Furniture ordered in September due to be delivered in October. Day before told delivery in late DECEMBER. Arrives DAMAGED. Another 2 weeks later arrives and deliverers construct with screws MISSING!

Great store with a really good range of products. The Robbie Daybed is perfect for what I needed. It's compact and comfortable. The customer service was friendly, helpful and fast. The delivery people were friendly and reliable and unwrapped and attached the legs and removed the wrapping so quickly.

I ordered 4 dining chairs last week and 2 of them were damaged. Customer service helped me fairly quick offering a replacement within a week.
The process was smooth and no dramas needed. We are very happy with the Miranda dining chairs as they are soft and sturdy.

I have been searching for lounge chairs and was finding it difficult to find exactly what I wanted. I chanced upon the Crows Neat Lounge Lovers store and walked straight into my new chairs. There was a big choice. I was surprised at how reasonable the chairs were compared to other stores and I could also pick any fabric I wanted. The sales person was super efficient and Lounge Lovers kept me up to date with my order and arrival. I could also track my driver on delivery day. Very happy.

Navigating the store to find what we wanted was easy. Customer service was excellent from the time we made our purchase to delivery, assembly and rubbish removal. Access was tricky with the large sofabed package and the guys were very careful, efficient and courteous.

We ordered dining chairs that where out of stock and has since been discontinued but we loved them! Lead time was around 4 or 5 months to get more in, the team however managed to find some chairs in Melbourne for us. Isabelle and the team went out their way to ensure we had the chairs in time!
