We called up Waterloo not knowing which wood “grain” table we wanted.. spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with the consultant discussing styles... she was absolutely brilliant!! Then, delivery came and WHOA! We are in love with our new table!! It’s absolutely stunning and looks identical to advertised on the website!

After realising that lockdown was real it was time to get a comfy couch. Friday afternoon trip to showroom, easy to navigate, selection was in stock and a Saturday afternoon delivery, unpacked and ready for action. Too easy! Great experience!

Purchased the magic book shelf to fill a large wall space. The shelf is high quality and looks great. Store even made 2 separate deliveries at no extra charge with my order as this item was found to be located in Melbourne with a possible delay to the other item close by.

I purchased the Harriet 3 Seat Sofa. From the time I stepped into the Waterloo Store I was well looked after by friendly staff. The range of products was amazing, very beautiful furniture hard to resist other purchases but had to contain myself to what I need which was the sofa. I love the feel of The Harriet sofa, very luxurious and perfect for what I need. Highly recommend Loungelovers! Will be back!
