I found the Waterloo store well displayed and selections made clear. The staff were very helpful and suggested many combinations for dining table and chairs. I was able to find a combination I was immediately happy with and staff were able to locate matching bar stools and console table for me. The ordering/payment process was simple and the delivery date on time. Overall, a very easy process.

The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find the right kitchen stools for us. After putting a deposit down, they allowed us to take the stool home to make sure everything worked well (it did), returned the stool and completed the purchase all in the same day without any fuss. Delivered 2 days later, outstanding service!!!

We just made our second order with Lounge Lovers Waterloo. We purchased a 3 seat sofa bed. It is very comfortable and the quality is fantastic for the price. The delivery was easy to organise with great communication regarding the day and time of delivery. The delivery guys were very professional. Our dining chairs are also from Lounge Lovers and everyone comments on how comfortable they are. Highly recommend.

Absolutely adore our 4 seater Hampton sofa. So so comfy - quality is excellent and I love that all of the covers - even around the base - are removable and washable. Customer service was excellent in store - Adam was so helpful with his fantastic styling suggestions, helping us choose the right size and colour for our space. Thanks LL.

Nice collection in the store with good sales on. The delivery guys were great and accomodating. Will definitely return and would recommend to friends’ and family. Delivery and assembling fees are higher than other brands tho .
