We’ve looked at a few different stores but could only find the right sized chaise lounge at Lounge Lovers, the price was right, and even better the seat was firm and supportive and comfy. The understated design suited our tastes too!
Delivery was straightforward, with very good customer service comms informing me of the arrival of the chaise.
It was very simple to put together, so simple that I didnt have to use the instruction sheet provided.
We are very pleased with it and it looks great in our little apartment.

The courtesy and friendliness of staff made the shopping experience very pleasant.
Delivery was on the nominated day and we were advised first thing in the morning the location of our driver and further, a link was supplied allowing you to follow the truck on screen.
All in all, a great company.

Ordered this beautiful bench and I’ve put it at the bottom of my bed- looks fabulous. Great service with regular updates on delivery. Got a text to say when they were 30 minutes away.

I bought the Bronte dinning table and coffee table. Easy to assemble the legs. Quality product and is as I inspected in store. There were delivery delays because of covid which were expected but I was receiving regular updates by text and email to keep me up to date. In store staff were also very helpful. High recommend.

I bought the Manhattan coffee table and it is terrible. The wood finishing marks so easily that the coffee table is not functional. The day after purchasing, it had permanent marks all over it just from the tv remote. It was very expensive and very much not worth it

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They will steal your money and your soul whilst being completely incompetent, delivering damaged stock and delays, delays, delays. Withholding my refund after collecting a returned (damaged) sofa, which is essentially theft. Completely unethical operations with no care for the customer. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Give your hard earned dollars to a company who actually deserve and appreciate them. This company should lose their licence to operate.

The showroom was set up well with staff happy to move, mix and match different pieces of furniture together for us to view. Love the chairs and table we purchased. Staff on the floor were wonderful. Delivery was stress free, friendly and easy.

Very happy with the Markus dinning table. Initial product had a mark on it and upon requesting a new table because of this, LL were very accommodating and quickly arranged a new table.
Delivery was quick and the lads delivering the table were really capable.

we went back into the store and purchased more chairs from LL and the Markus side table

Lounge Lovers was easy to contact and seek advice when required. We are very satisfied with the quality of our new couch, you really sink into the deep plush cushions. However the long delays for delivery were not ideal.

Order was placed and after 10 weeks notified that item no longer available, when want it to get from floor stock said that they found my order will come with delivery, delivery arrived without this item. Lying, 0 integrity, no communication
