My adsl was playing up. NBN had just come to my area and I was recommended by a friend about Mate NBN. The price for the plan was good with no lock-in contracts. I signed up online. The website was easy to understand and navigate. They kept me informed every step of the way and I was connected in less than 1 week. Considering the COVID-19 situation, I was impressed to be connected so quickly. NBN installation was arranged. Took them half an hour to connect the NBN. Plugged in the modem and I was away. Speed is very close to 25mps. No issues so far. Very happy and makes working from home less stressful with a reliable connection.

I have been with this company for 3 years. Just today I had an issue with my internet NBN connection. Apparently NBN had transferred my internet connection to my neighbour leaving me without any internet. The guys at Mate kept me updated during the day whilst they communicated with their NBN supplier and once the issue was uncovered they promptly within 2 hours had me reconnected tonight. Bonus was a free upgrade from Mate NBN 12. Every time I have needed their service advice I have found their Australian team very helpful, resourceful, informative, willing to listen and explain issues in lay mens terms. Highly recommend Mate to anyone.

Have been using this company for a couple of years with no issues. Recently changed my WiFi modem and had some problems getting it to connect to the internet. My phone call was answered within a couple of minutes and I was taken through the process step by step with an Australian customer service rep. They had my internet was working within 5 minutes. Very pleased with their service!

so far no issues with connection, set-up was prompt and customer service beats my experience with telstra by a long shot. I love dealing with tech support that don't read off palm cards and are easy to understand over the phone.

Extremely fast delivery. Modem is already Set up done for you. Extremely good service. No dropouts so far. Very Good pricing....Very happy with my choice. Would highly recommend to anyone .

I was with iinet for 13 years and decided to give MATE a go. WOW they are great. Cheaper, faster and the customer service is simply THE BEST. Why be treated like another number when you can be mate's?

Referred by a neighbour and found the experience of joining to be efficient and seamless. No contracts and good price options were winning factors

Been Mate customer for more than two months and the service so far is excellent. The speed is what they promise. We had one dropout though, for about a couple of hours where my download speed dropped to 2mbps... apart from that connection stable 24/7.

I can't review the customer service as i barely contact them. When I chat with them during the only dropout they seemed pretty responsive. While I was on the online chat the connection went back to normal so I didn't have the chance to find out how they manage technical issues but the impression is really good.

I had a great experience with mate. I had previously tried to switch to the NBN with an alternate provider. The alternate provider was unable to help me get my own router connected. I sent mate a message and received a phone call within a few minutes. I signed up on the spot and had great internet the next day.

Changing NBN providers almost ended in disaster 4 days ago when the one we chose let us down and couldn't provide personal service to help. A family members experience put us on to MATE and we have been provided with great prompt service via phone calls and are now Great Mates with this provider. We will soon take up the offer of mobile plans soon. This is a great company I can't speak highly enough of the 3 staff members I have spoken to. This is an Australian based firm with a local call centre.

Working very well all I can say from almost 3 years, customer care service is local and very helpful nice/polite people thanks guys. Keep Australia going. Also using postpaid mobile connection 2months now for $25/mo with$10 discount from NBN cheapest than most.

Have been with mate communicate at two addresses in two States now and never had a problem with speed or dropouts. Customer Service and Tech Support are Australian and provide friendly, helpful service.

It's rare to find an internet provider that actually communicates effectively over the phone and responds to emails on the same day. I have always had transparent and respectful communication. Thankfully I haven't had any ISP/service related issues to speak of, but if I've had any questions they've been excellent.

From day one the people at Mate have been extremely helpful. I did have NBN issues, but the service staff kept me in the loop every step of the way in resolving my issues, which they did. I've just moved to new premises and the switch over was seamless. My internet was on the day I moved in. Best of all Mate is an Australian company where you speak to Australian personnel. I highly recommend them.

Great product and great people and are there when you need them to resolve any issues. Have had no dropouts in service and issues at set up where resolved quickly with great communication.
