so far no issues with connection, set-up was prompt and customer service beats my experience with telstra by a long shot. I love dealing with tech support that don't read off palm cards and are easy to understand over the phone.

Extremely fast delivery. Modem is already Set up done for you. Extremely good service. No dropouts so far. Very Good pricing....Very happy with my choice. Would highly recommend to anyone .

I was with iinet for 13 years and decided to give MATE a go. WOW they are great. Cheaper, faster and the customer service is simply THE BEST. Why be treated like another number when you can be mate's?

I have had no problems with this while working from home & transferring large files. It does s everything that I need. Hasn’t missed a beat! I have put several friends into Mate!

Mate achieved in one day what telstra could not achieve in 6 weeks. The NBN was connected the following week and the service to help set up was fantastic! I am super happy that I can now access the internet from my business address.

Been Mate customer for more than two months and the service so far is excellent. The speed is what they promise. We had one dropout though, for about a couple of hours where my download speed dropped to 2mbps... apart from that connection stable 24/7.

I can't review the customer service as i barely contact them. When I chat with them during the only dropout they seemed pretty responsive. While I was on the online chat the connection went back to normal so I didn't have the chance to find out how they manage technical issues but the impression is really good.

I had a great experience with mate. I had previously tried to switch to the NBN with an alternate provider. The alternate provider was unable to help me get my own router connected. I sent mate a message and received a phone call within a few minutes. I signed up on the spot and had great internet the next day.

Changing NBN providers almost ended in disaster 4 days ago when the one we chose let us down and couldn't provide personal service to help. A family members experience put us on to MATE and we have been provided with great prompt service via phone calls and are now Great Mates with this provider. We will soon take up the offer of mobile plans soon. This is a great company I can't speak highly enough of the 3 staff members I have spoken to. This is an Australian based firm with a local call centre.

Working very well all I can say from almost 3 years, customer care service is local and very helpful nice/polite people thanks guys. Keep Australia going. Also using postpaid mobile connection 2months now for $25/mo with$10 discount from NBN cheapest than most.

I have been with Mate Communication for nearly 2 months. The 1st week was great but now constant lagging. Really annoying when you are trying to watch a movie and it stops every 5 minutes to buffer.

Have been with mate communicate at two addresses in two States now and never had a problem with speed or dropouts. Customer Service and Tech Support are Australian and provide friendly, helpful service.

It's rare to find an internet provider that actually communicates effectively over the phone and responds to emails on the same day. I have always had transparent and respectful communication. Thankfully I haven't had any ISP/service related issues to speak of, but if I've had any questions they've been excellent.

2 weeks since signing up and still have no service. Several online chats and calls only result in a postponed appointment from NBN tech. Twice we have taken afternoons off work and still have no service. Negative comments on their facebook page result in them blocking you. They dont like people telling it like it is and while they offer lots of apologies and excuses, (may as well be thoughts and prayers) they dont offer and solutions. Of course they will say its the Nbn at fault, but Mate is the people you have to deal with, so they should be offering solutions instaed of empty apologies. ( i asked for a temporary increase to our mobile data but they said this wasn't possible)

Customer service is dismal. They are happy to sign you up and take your money but once you have an issue or complaint with them, they are slow to resolve and rude as hell.

They ve charged a card that I used to pay a one off payment - without authorisation twice even after calling them the first time to tell them not to charge that specific card. There response was’ sorry we don’t have a record of you calling us ‘ while I have email proof that we did.

From day one the people at Mate have been extremely helpful. I did have NBN issues, but the service staff kept me in the loop every step of the way in resolving my issues, which they did. I've just moved to new premises and the switch over was seamless. My internet was on the day I moved in. Best of all Mate is an Australian company where you speak to Australian personnel. I highly recommend them.

Have been with mates twice now and can not recommend them highly enough.
Great product and great people and are there when you need them to resolve any issues. Have had no dropouts in service and issues at set up where resolved quickly with great communication.
