Great experience from our initial point of contact [name removed] (Sales Consultant) to the completion of our build.
We were very fortunate to have [name removed] as our Site supervisor and his attention to detail and Coordination of his trades meant a quick build with only minor touch ups were required and Scott had these rectified immediately so that handover was not delayed.

Price was great, happy with the inclusions and build quality. The site supervisor (Scott) was fantastic throughout the process.

Only complaint was a change to the plan requested early on in the process was only partially included in the quote but not communicated that it couldn't be done as requested. This did not become apparent until a walk through of the partially constructed home.

The house was well managed and workmanship was kept under strict observation by supervisor at all times and I was kept up to date with the progress of the day to day construction.
We had 1 issue which after consultation with supervisor was sorted out so that both parties were satisfied with final result.

The build was completed on schedule to a high standard. It was professionally managed and kept to contract specifications. Metricon provided good support through friendly competent staff. The support from sales staff to Site Manager ensured that all our requirements were met. Well done Metricon.

From the beginning our sales consultant was very friendly and professional and steered us in the right direction with all the changes we wanted. From the start of our build we were always informed by our site manager and we had no concerns at all as he went above and beyond to get things rectified. All trades have done a great job. The Only downfall was some items being delivered for the build (not Metricon) were slightly damaged but will be rectified within the 90 day period, our costs were slightly higher than expected.

Very well managed, excellent build quality, any issues promptly dealt with. Very satisfied with Metricon. Final cost met signed contract cost. If we ever build another home, which we won't because this will be our last house, we would choose Metricon again

We were kept informed right through the build, our last SS called us every week and promptly fixed any issues (though minor) that arose. Quality build and workmanship, highly recommend.
