Mirvac has been fantastic from the very beginning. Always happy to answer any questions we have and provide regular updates. As first home buyers we wouldn’t be happier with service all the staff at Mirvac have offered so far. Will be sure to recommend to family and friends in the future!
I've recently bought a lot from Mirvac in Olivine. My experience was excellent from their sales team to settlement and customer service, all commendable. They were very responsive to all my queries and flexible to my needs. We have not started living in Olivine yet however the estate looks great with lovely residents.

Great service and extremely proactive communication processes throughout the build
I signed a purchase contract back in 2016 for a two-bedroom apartment and it only finished construction in late 2021. The construction took much longer than anticipated, but I found Mirvac to be very communicative throughout the building process. They provided videos and images of the build, so buyers knew what stage things were at.
I'm relieved that the pre-construction images actually look like the building.

Unfortunately, there were delays with my loan and I'm grateful that Mirvac didn't charge any additional fees for the late settlement. I settled almost 2-3 weeks later than the intended settlement date due to the slow processing of the bank loan. When I signed the contract they had included a built-in fridge, but on my first 'pre-settlement' inspection, the fridge was missing. I built a terrace home off the plan 8years ago, the past 6yrs tenants have rented the adjoining home next door, and it has been the most terrible stressful experience. Walking, shower doors, wardrobe doors and cupboard closing can be heard all hours of the night keeping our family awake, truly effecting our mental health.
I cannot believe no additional measures are taken to address this problem, its an issue for all people in these Terrace homes.

Recently purchased in a newly completed Mirvac / Built Construction apartment development in Perth - the complex is very well designed and constructed, and any minor issues I've reported to Mirvac have been dealt with quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another property from Mirvac and would recommend to others. Thanks you..

We purchased a Mirvac townhouse off the plan in the Tullamore Estate, Doncaster VIC, Stage 1. In mid-June 2017 (prior to settlement) we drove past the property and it looked like there was considerable work to do to completion. Yet Mirvac were telling us that the property would settle in late June of that year. We asked Mirvac for assurance that they were not going rush and cut corners to finish it - they confirmed that they would not.

There was grease on the tiled living area floor, a cabinet door lying on the floor in the middle of the master bedroom, dirt all over the windows, a bright red paint stain on the carpet etc. There were many examples of them being outside tolerances including the uneveness of the tiling and not applying an undercoat to the internal walls. We had to spend $5K for a new floor to cover the tiled hallway and living area as it looked so bad. When we asked Mirvac for compensation they refused. The smallest knock to the walls would chip the paint. Everything just looked so rushed and cheaply done, even some of the contractors who worked on our home were telling us we shouldn't have bought it, saying that the property was full or errors. The electrical contractors told us that Mirvac pushed them to work faster than they ever have before to finish. We found out later that they had rushed so that they could get settlement and their money before the end of financial year in order to meet their revenue targets. We saw this pattern across the estate again and again in subsequent years - the mad rush to finish before EOFY. Many times were saw Mirvac pushing contractors to work outside of VIC EPA allowed times to finish properties, often waking the neighbours before 7am and severely impacting on the quality of life of their own customers. We also saw total disregard for safety and rarely any traffic management.I bought my first investment property at Doonybrook in 2022 and another one in 2020. I am very happy with service Mirvac provided and support all they way upto settlement. Mirvac estate looks very beauitifull. They got new Grammer school and looking farward for new cafe and General store.

It couldn't have been any easier for us, the land sales team were super professional and helpful. The team made us feel relaxed and not like just another client or sale (not pushy at all), they really have your best interests in mind and of the community we are becoming a part of. Olivine estate has been really well thought out and amenities are on another level compared to nearby estates. We recently purchased land in Donnybrook north of Melbourne CBD and with many developments to select from Mirvac was the stand out. Firstly they are not just selling land they are developing a community and we liked that proposition. They have created an amazing town plan that reflects everyone in the community.

Mirvac have been amazing with communication and support with our settlement of land. Chris and the team at Everleigh are a massive asset to the company! It was such a terrible experience from the very beginning to end. Site supervisors simply lie to your face, after the third supervisor was taken away, We were given an apprentice supervisor who was that incompetent he wouldn't know what day it is looking at a calendar. Very poor work done by almost every trade. They talk their way out of everything hide a lot of things and issues. Trades are not communicated with.
We were told everything had to be completed asap so that they can submit the final payment before end of tax year.

My partner and his family have purchased a number of off the plan properties from Mirvac with no issue. My Partner and I then decided to purchase a unit at St. Leonards off the plan, getting excited on the new place and expecting an exceptional finish just like what they advertise they are proud of, quoting from their website "Quality and Care in every detail". Read moreng an unfinished storage room and chips, paints splatters, marks around the house. We were promised that this will all be rectified by the time we settle. To our surprise, only around 10% of the issue was rectified and our storage room was filled with construction junks, not painted, no flooring. Chips around door frames are still there, no timeline on when this will be fixed. Stickers on the window was poorly applied and had to be called out twice to be done properly. [name removed], our settlement rep has been nothing but patient with our complaints and we understand that he has limited authority over situation like this. However, this whole experience has us feeling appalled with the way that Mirvac has done this building and treated their customer. 3 weeks after settlement and storage room is still the same. On top of that, we got a defective cage door for storage that also hasn't been rectified, big gaps between front door and floor causing loud wind noise, swipe tags that are still lagging or not working sometimes. How would you expect people to move in when it is clearly incomplete even nearly one month after settling? There seems to be no urgency to fix the issues since we have settled. I bought off the plan for an apartment in The Eastbourne over two years ago. From that date until settlement and beyond, the staff at Mirvac have been courteous, prompt, always updating on progress (important to me) and well beyond my expectations in service. I commented to many about the professionalism of Mirvac staff. They go above and beyond for their customers. My apartment was ready before the estimated date. How good is that?!?!

Our sales consultant was Ben Huppert. We got lucky being placed with Ben because from start to finish, Ben guided us through the process. Building a home from scratch is a long process and we were impressed with the level of knowledge that Ben has. Not only that, he would give us realistic tips along the way which helped in our decision making and always presents himself professionally. Ben is truly an asset to the Mirvac team.

I still have not receive any reply or response from Mirvac for my email on 8 July. Then I followed up with another email on 28 June 2021 ... also no reply.
My last communication with your Customer Relationship & Settlement Executive was on 2 June 2021
Since I moved in to Mirvac built homes in Waverley Park in May 2020, and I still have the following pending rectification items to be rectified by Mirvac.
1. outside mortar missing from the two front windows
2. tighten up the towel rail holder
3. replace inside garage door handle
4. repaint inside of the garage / hall door:
5. paint to bottom of the outside gate RHS
6. touch up render and paint to upstairs balcony step.
7. seal 2 mitre corners to the balcony handrail
8. issue with kitchen sink - replacement/compensation
This is my 2nd purchase from Mirvac; first one was in Harcrest. This is beginning to be a regretful purchase for a repeated customer of Mirvac.
As I believe Mirvac is quietly leaving this long time in development estate of Waverley Park, it is a shame how you are treating your customers.
