I live in a Mirvac apartment in Harold Park, Sydney. I’ve noticed that pavements and low walls have been affected by subsidence after the continuous, torrential rain we’ve been having. Are the buildings well underpinned and safe from subsidence?

I still have not receive any reply or response from Mirvac for my email on 8 July. Then I followed up with another email on 28 June 2021 ... also no reply.

My last communication with your Customer Relationship & Settlement Executive was on 2 June 2021
Since I moved in to Mirvac built homes in Waverley Park in May 2020, and I still have the following pending rectification items to be rectified by Mirvac.

1. outside mortar missing from the two front windows
2. tighten up the towel rail holder
3. replace inside garage door handle
4. repaint inside of the garage / hall door:
5. paint to bottom of the outside gate RHS
6. touch up render and paint to upstairs balcony step.
7. seal 2 mitre corners to the balcony handrail
8. issue with kitchen sink - replacement/compensation

This is my 2nd purchase from Mirvac; first one was in Harcrest. This is beginning to be a regretful purchase for a repeated customer of Mirvac.

As I believe Mirvac is quietly leaving this long time in development estate of Waverley Park, it is a shame how you are treating your customers.

I am thinking of purchasing a Mirvac apartment at Leighton beach. In past apartments I've lived in there have been inter-apartment noise issues because of insufficient sound abatement measures (the apartments I've lived in have been old). Could Mirvac please tell me what acoustic compliant codes they meet, specifically in relation to Leighton beach Compass build (where I am considering purchasing). Thanks, team!

Has anybody purchased off the plan package over at Waverley Park, Mulgrave in the last 12 months and how has the experience been. Were any building issues rectified delays in home being built etc.

A quick question. We are thinking about buying a house in Waverly Park built by Mirvac. We inspected the house and noticed a crack on the corner of the bathroom door frame on first floor which extended towards the roof. We saw the same problem in two other houses with similar floor plan (Double-storey three bedroom house). Has anybody here noticed such problem? Did you get any professional advice on the issue?

I have just signed up for a house and land package in Ascot Vale, Victoria. Has anyone had problems recently with their houses in Victoria?
