Unfortunately, no coverage in my area but Mia from customer care helped a lot in the process of returning the watch.
Happy Mum! Great product for peace of mind.
We purchased the Moochies watch for peace of mind as our son wanted to ride to school. I had a few questions with the set up and contacted the company via email. Matt was amazing, quick to reply and everything was up and running in no time. I now feel more comfortable letting my 8 year old ride around our estate too. It will alert me if he’s out of the safety zone and I can call him. It’s also very easy for him to use and call me. Would recommend this product to any parent who wants that extra security to give your child some independence.
A great way to keep a track of my kids.
Whilst waiting a few days for a reply to an issue we had with the watch, Ari responded with an easy detailed step by step which eventually fixed our problem. Thanks again Ari for your assistance! Our patience was worth the wait.
Issues to start with. Chat support helped in the end
After registering the sim The watch wasn’t getting activated. It said possibly 2 hours waited 12 hours. Emailed a few times. Nothing. No support. Until I got on a computer and did one of those chat support things and spoke to Ari and he fixed it and got it activated straight away. Problem solved.

Terrible Support - Poor Quality - non working Moochies Watch
Bought as a Christmas Present … paid $19.99 for SIM Plan 3 weeks later still not working requested a refund - poor support - Don’t Buy..
Ticket number -171927 .... you will see the 19 emails of myself and my wife trying to resolve this unsuccessful ... please confirm full refund of SIM Plan and cancellation ....again very disappointed for my daughter as a Christmas Present

After multiple setup failures and back and forth support request to setup watch, finally after 3 weeks Ari managed to get it sorted. Thank you
Bad sim
Do not buy!!!! I had nothing but issues with this watch for weeks. They say 24/7 365 day support yet every inquiry I made took days before I received a response.. After the 5th email complaint they told me to return it to best buy. Nothing on it worked. While sitting at home the watchs' GPS reported my daughter on other continents! My calls were never able to go through, her voice texts never worked on my end and video calling never worked either...overall horribly dissatisfied. I would have given this product negative stars if I could.

Great service from Chloe
I bought this watch for my son for Christmas, it is easy to use and he loves it. Would be best if you could downgrade/cancel/upgrade subscription through your account as opposed to having to email Moochies, but I did receive a response from Chloe quickly and she attended to my request so very happy with her service.

Waste of money! Barely a useable product
Do not buy this watch. The touch screen is barely functional, you have to touch the screen 20 times before it registers you’re trying to use it, battery life is roughly 3hrs, bought straps for it and they don’t fit, they have sent me new straps twice and none of them fit. The screen protector doesn’t fit. You wait over a week for a response back with technical issues. The call quality is garbage and you can’t hear anything but crackle. It’s like they’ve made this phone and sent it out in beta and are waiting for these types of reviews so they can fix the issues. Do not waste your money and be a Guinea pig. There are better options out there that cost slightly more but are way ahead of this brand! I’m appalled

Complete waste of money and time
Purchased this as an Xmas present for $180 from Target.
Set it up with the $20 SIM card on the monthly $15 plan.
From Xmas day there were issues. Unable to receive calls, messages bouncing back, pedometer not resetting.
Most alarming is the GPS was completely inaccurate. Had my daughter travelling all over the world multiple times a day.
I contacted support and received a copy and paste reply after 4 days. After reading everyone having the same issues I returned the watch. So thankful I purchased from target and not direct. Instant refund. Regret ever buying this. Horrible product and even worse service.

Still no response from moochies customer service
I have had nothing but trouble with this product my previous review explains my previous dramas of nit being able to log into the account and taking 6 days to hear from customer service. Well my 10 ear old got to use the watch for 1 day and then it refused to turn on ever since. Won't charge the watch us just dead. I've out it down to a bug loss of money but I emailed customer service on 2.1.22 to sdj them to cancel the reoccurring debit for the dim card phone usage and they still haven't responded. Perfect for kid
A little confusing at first like any new stuff. But "Dee" one of the customer service was very helpful. She made sure everything was working before ending the conversation.

Great watch, awesome features!
Used the online live chat and spoke with Dee who was amazing! Helped me get the sim card activated and it was all ready within 25 minutes of sign up. The watch is working, we have it configured and it's ready for our Daughter's 8th birthday tomorrow. Can't wait to use all the features with her.
Ron offered me a good service to active the SIM card. My kid is very happy to have it for the new year.
All good so far, except the battery cannot stand for long. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. Thanks!
Poor customer service
My son still cannot use his Christmas present as we cannot get the QR code. I had one email response about a week ago which did not resolve the issue. I have heard Nothing since. Very disappointed with the customer service and I am considering returning for a full refund.

The starting plan was not working over Xmas. We received an email within 12 hours, despite being a public holiday.

Got two watches for the kids for Christmas. Purchased the SIM plans but could not get the watches to show the QR code so they could be paired with the Moochies APP. Took many emails with tech support as there is no phone number to call. Eventually after 5 days the phones are fully functional. The Kids really like them.
Not a good products and alot of issues.
I bought this product from BNE Costco for my 7 years old for X'mas present and she loves it but i am getting worry now. The customer service was not too bad. Easy set up to start but here are my issues....
Firstly the app was not available for android app so we have to download the api directly for android user- which is resolved.

Poor Customer Service
We bought this watch for my son for Christmas and it is still not up and running. It took several days for them to contact me and inform me that it was a problem with the activation and Telstra. Since then, nothing. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and upsetting, as this is a child's christmas present. Will be demanding a refund as soon as anyone bothers to reply to me. Would give this 0 stars if I could
