After waited for more than 4 months, we finally confirmed a delivery for our couch between 11 am to 3 pm on 13 May. However after 3pm nobody turned up, no phone call from driver or Nick Scali. After many phone calls to Nick Scali call centre, still no idea where the driver was. At nearly 6pm, delivery truck arrived. Total 3 delivery workers. Instead of off loading the furniture, one of the delivery guys spent more than 15 mins to tell us they could not found a parking so they couldn't do the delivery, then asked us to reschedule or delivery the...

Will never buy from you again. Terrible service! Thousands of dollars spent on a lounge you would think they would be more professional and treat their customers better. 6 months gone no sign of delivery. Then scheduled delivery on the long weekend when we are not home. Asked to change the delivery date now they postponing for another month The guy behind the ph is like - sorry I can't do anything - as if it is my problem that I choose to buy it from Nickscali, now I should suffer.
We were quoted 14-20 weeks delivery but actually turned out to be 27 weeks. After that, the delivery arrangements were appalling. The text message was phrased so badly that the fact that you had to respond within 12 hours appeared at the start of the message, so was easily lost in the message. We received the message to respond by 12noon at 11.50am. If one was in a job which didn't allow phones, this would be seriously restricting. Service seems aimed at their convenience rather than the customers. Took us several phone calls and a visit to the store to schedule the delivery date to the one we'd originally confirmed by phone.

This company is absolute rubbish.
I purchased a lounge from them in October 2021. The salesman at the time clearly lied to get a sale and told me delivery would be approx 4-6 weeks for this particular lounge.
Well, it’s almost May 2022 and I’m still waiting. I received no updates or correspondence.
I’ve paid for the lounge in full.
I received a text message saying delivery had been booked for 28th April and was given an estimated timeframe on that day by the delivery company.
I made contact with the delivery driver asking for a better timefram...

Ordered two lounges from Nick Scali - Kotara (Order number MN66461) in October 2021. Was advised of a 16-20 week wait that we agreed to. We are now in the 8th month and the delivery date continually gets pushed back. We don't get any communication when the arrival date is moved. We have two couches delivered after waiting over 8 months for one couch. Both were delivered on the same day and the company charged $85.00 deliver twice.
I asked the delivery man to help move the old 2.5 seater - he said he could but would need to pay him extra. After waiting so long, and paying $170.00 for a deliver you would have thought they would have helped.
Dont buy from company - the service is appalling.

Delivery forgot the care kit I paid for, they forgot to call first(I was told it would be delivered that day and that’s all) and then left huge boxes on the front lawn. This policy of leaving the rubbish for us is terrible it will fill my bins for weeks and they didn’t even dismantle them. They also wouldn’t leave without the delivery fee despite there being a note saying it was free. From start to finish your service has been a disgrace
I ordered a reclining lounge with battery packs over 8 months in advance. After multiple post-poned delivery dates spanning over 3 months, the lounges got delivered. The battery pack themselves were not delivered at the same time, I had to wait an additional month for these. Once the delivery date and time was confirmed the delivery driver did not arrive at the specified time but at 7:00 pm at which time I was not home. By the end of the day, I just got another message from the delivery service with a booked delivery date in late April. And another sales left a voice message said they cannot do anything about it. I also contacted the customer service to ask if I cannot get my goods delivered and assembled, what will happen. They said no refund with cancelling my order, and if I get the goods delivered without assembly, I still need to pay the same amount of money without inspect the goods. How can I sing the paper of receiving the goods? I don't see any good signs with your customer team if I spot any faulty in the future when I unpack the goods. Nick Scali might say I damaged the goods when I assemble it or moving it. I think that's what the customer team good at. I felt this is so painful to go through the whole process with them, and without solving the real problem. It's just in the loop with wasting my time! How can you train your employees to lie to the clients just in order to get sales? I believe the product I purchased including the customer service, but obviously, the customer service is the worst I've experienced. Will never step foot in this joint ever again. I’ve seen corner shops run better than these clowns. To start on a positive, the furniture itself is great and I do like the lounge and dinning set I have, but lets face it, all designer furniture is great. What we pay for is also the service and that has been extremely poor.
For delivery, we were told the lounge set and dinning set would be sent separately and would cost $100 and $150 respectively or we could delay one and have them sent together for one delivery fee. What wasn't mentioned is that it would just be a COMBINED cost of $250. So we waited an extra 4 months for combined delivery for...

No communication from company on delivery. On the day it was due to be delivered, we were told the LATEST it would arrive was 4pm.
We received no contact to tell us it was late.
In the end, they finished the delivery at 7pm at night, way after hours.

I had my lounges delivered today, and I can honestly say it was the worst customer service ever. Three men, no one said hello, one walked in to use the toilet then walked straight out without a thanks
It was raining quite heavily and not one of them removed their shoes, just walked straight in over my light grey carpet.
To top it off the packaging 3 very large boxes, were left in the middle of the driveway, one was on its side with the packaging tipped out. I paid the $85 delivery fee which was taken very swiftly from me and off he went straight out the door, absolutely terrible customer service

Purchased 3 pieces of furniture to go in a room renovation. One before Christmas and 2 early January. Two pieces came at separate times, one in February, one in March. Yep, you guessed it.....still waiting for one more piece. Asked if they could waver delivery fee as a 2 to 4 week delivery promise has now turned to over 4 months. NO. Ask if I could get a refund YES BUT with a 30% cancellation fee. Not happy Jan :(

The new lounge is lovely, and delivery was as scheduled but we are left with masses of packaging.
I've now read on the Nick Scali website: we urge all our customers to dispose of the materials used to protect their purchases while in transit, in a careful manner and with due consideration for our planet.
Who are you kidding Nick Scali! The polystyrene is not recyclable through domestic bins, neither is the huge quantities of soft plastic. There is so much cardboard it will fill the bin for weeks. You are much better placed to recycle large...
Ordered more than $10000 worth of furniture on 3rd Feb, everything were in stock apart from a custom made sofa set.
Delivery was on 4/03 but they missed out one coffee table, the driver said he will report that which he didn’t, I had to call up the customer service several time and had been asked for taking photos of the item I didn’t receive?!
Anyway I finally got the coffee table on the 22/03, the driver came in and installed it but it’s super wobbly I wasn’t happy with that but the guy said he followed all the instructions, nothing they can ...

Good product. We are satisfied but the delivery took long time more than 4 months. The initial excitement is almost gone by the time we received the furniture.
Simon at gepps cross was great at helping us pick our new lounge suite and able to help find one we love and that will fit our space. Very friendly and helpful.
