Adam from the kotara store was really helpful and easy going! Didn’t feel rushed when being super indecisive and incredibly happy with the product! Really good quality concrete table, will visit again in the future!

Went to the Kotara store during the recent sales and found the sales assistant Michael extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't realise there was a cooling offer period which I end up using and there was no fuss caused when I had to cancelled the order. The large selection of furniture was tastefully displayed in their large showroom. Will be back.

Had a great repair service of one of our chairs done by service technician Frank Martelli. Quick, easy and when we rang to get someone to come and repair it they came as soon as they could.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a friendly staff member Mathew. His knowledge of all the products in the store was excellent. We were extremely happy with our purchase and Mathew went above and beyond in helping us load our car with the items we bought. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mathew to anyone looking for genuine guidance and honest opinions when purchasing any furniture in this store. Mathew showed us true customer service still exists!

I cannot recommend Matthew from the Kotara store enough. My partner and I are in the process of fully furnishing our newly built home and we have bought a couple of major furniture pieces from Nick Scali. We are always welcomed into the store and all staff are friendly and approachable.
Matthew is friendly and genuine, and always goes above and beyond to meet our needs.
We cannot wait to have all of our beautiful new furniture delivered to our home.

Deb was very helpful and we would definitely ask for her again if we need to make another purchase. For her 5 out of 5. Although Scali’s have nice products, they do tend to have slightly old fashioned purchase procedures. No online or phone ordering. Having said that though we did organise 3 out of 5 pieces we were after.

Just came out of kotara store. Went there with $15000 to spend on loungeroom and 2 bedrooms furniture. I walked out with NOTHING. Not one staff member spoke to me and 3 wer chatting amongst themselves. All good on way back to Domayne.

Delivery time unacceptable took day off without pay and I have to pay for delivery’s want a refund take the lounge back if I ever get it not happy ever

I found Carlos very punctual courteous and helpful he called as he was running early which is a very uncommon occurrence in this day and age. I would highly recommend Nick scarliis service division to anyone if all your service staff are of the same quality as Carlos

Carlos was prompt efficient and super friendly! Resolved our problem quickly and with a smile and gave us a few tips to keep our lounge looking great throughout summer heat we get through our windows! Thanks heaps!
