We absolutely love our new Nick Scali sofa !!

From our first visit to the Kotara store, we found the experience of purchasing our new sofa excellent. The sales people were very professional and helpful and our sofa was delivered earlier than expected !! The delivery and assembly went smoothly and the delivery men were very professional. Our sofa is super comfortable and modern and we love it. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and we especially appreciate the provision of the fabric care and cleaning kit - an unexpected bonus.

Carlos Serralhelro - Repairs

The new arm we purchased had a split leg and 3 wobbly legs. Carlos repaired it and he did an excellent job. The chair shouldn't have left the factory in that state. I would expect better quality control from Nick Scali to reflect the furniture pricing.

The lounge was exactly what we were after and fitted the space perfectly. The colour drew us too it as well. We had a small problem with one of the recliners not clipped in properly, don’t know whether it was at manufacture or install.
Carlos there service agent came and sorted it in a jiffy. Very good service.

We love our new lounge but there was a few bit and pieces that we weren't 100% happy with. We decided to contact the store and see if they would be warranty items and braced ourselves for a long wait. We could not have been more wrong. Wonderful contact, prompt service, a polite professional service technician - he came to our house, showed me what had happened, re-aligned everything and checked the whole lounge. We highly recommend Nick Scali to everyone. Good quality furniture and even better after sales service.

Faulty switch in armchair diagnosed and replaced by technician Frank. He was prompt efficient and a good communicator. He had to drive from Sydney because there is no local technicians for Newcastle customers.

Frank came to look at my son’s new lounge - the back leg was not straight - he spent some time on this leg - then he checked over the other legs and made some alterations to those as well - he also reminded us about lifetime warranty on the frame. Great service.

Leather Lounge arms wearing

Bought corner leather lounge May 2016 then went away for 7 months. Recliner arm showing wear. Nick Scali service excellent and attended to immediately. However they suggested coating coming off because lounge is not being cleaned every 3 months. As we are retirees living a quite life I don’t think this is good enough and, if that is the case, I am disappointed with the product.

Follow up service after purchase

The products are A quality which is why I continue to purchase. I requested a service call for my Catalina lounge as some parts had separated. Carlos was the service person who was fast, efficient, he turned up on time, he also went above the service call and helped me rearrange the setting. He was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Carlos is why I will continue to choose Scali furniture
