We had very specific requirements when selecting our lounge and Felicity assisted professionally and knowledgeably addressed each requirement. Felicity was able to take us straight to the best options. Her product knowledge was great and she offered excellent tips and together we came up with a solution that suited both my husband and my needs. Felicity inspired confidence and made our shopping experience very positive.

We went to the West Gosford store looking at NSF furniture. We met Eric the first time and then both Eric and Micheal. They looked after us very well - spending time with us to make sure we were buying what we wanted - even moving furniture around for us. Loved Micheals enthusiasm.

From the moment we walked through the door, the West Gosford store was excellent. Courtenee was excellent at her role; She didn't push a sale, but took time to provide options and was personable in her approach.
The furniture was set at a higher pricepoint than other comparable stores in the area, but better quality and design was also noticeable... and evidenced by comfort! The lounge comes with a 2 year fabric warranty, but we upgrade to 5 year.

let me say Michael and Courtenee were exceptional. Michael took the time with us to present options with our purchase. Courtenee even made me a great coffee and she gave some great interior design tips. I own a business and I have to say Nickscali are very lucky to have professional staff like this pair. Nick Scali had a great range of furniture with helpful staff. The quality of the lounge is great as expected and any issues we had were fixed quickly by their onsite repairman Arthur.

Your Service Technician Frank Martelli came out today to rectify a couple of issues we had with our new leather lounge, he was very efficient and had the problem solved very quickly, very happy with your service.

Frank Martelli came to fix my re liner. He was very professional and on time. He established the problem and fixed it very quickly. He arrived on time and gave me plenty of notice of his arrival.

We found the store had many modern and up to date options that suited our needs. The customer service team was always helpful and knowledgeable, Michael in particular was wonderful.

We found the store was full of food options for us, the quality seems very high and the service was really friendly, knowledgeable and we never had to ask twice for someone to help or for more information.
