Muzaffer atar was absolutely outstanding took his time and made sure it was perfection !
Muuzafder fixed the legs of my couch re painted it all quality job well done did an amazing job can’t thank him enough took his time making sure everything was perfect, and got me to check everything to see if I was always happy amazing work !

Firstly I would agree the staff in the shop itself are wonderful & the products look great. However your purchasing experience is just a small part of the journey with your furniture & I would ask you to be very very mindful about the short and longterm customer service you will receive outside of the purchasing experience. Excellent service
Initial request for service was disappointing as a battery replacement was required but the wrong battery was brought resulting in a delay of the matter being resolved.However all was sorted out by technician Muzaffer who not only replaced the battery and installed a new switch. He also explained what he was doing and how to charge the batteries and cleaned the couch with leather cleaned when he had finished the replacements.
He was very competent and was courteous.Well done Muzaffer

Inspection of possible fault in manufacture following delivery of new lounge.
Thought i could feel a spring pushing onto the leather after delivery. Lodged a call with service dept of Scali. Frank Martelli came to inspect it today. Cooper Dining Table - Not fit for purpose - Their own interpretation no less. Buyer beware & then some.

h area.. We have however sealed it twice & put on by way of further protection/styling some placemats and general very light pottery ie soup bowls. The table however has marked in various areas despite the sealing, specifically done with purchased white microfibre cloths to also stop any issues on the white. The customer care team is now telling me we have not used the table as a dining table so that is the problem ie basically saying I am not allowed to use it as an focal point in my room. Excuse me if my table is now marked after sealing, as advised, allowing that to dry for two days plus, putting on protective mats, and only putting on very lightweight soup bowls with zero in them ie absolutely no heat then how do you think it would have faired with the use of heat & mild usage?? Your own website has many of the cooper products with items on them ie plant/flower & fruit bowl, candle holder etc so its a bit rich that you are saying I cannot use mine in a similar way (with protection as I have) if I so chose! Outrageous! Absolutely ridiculous to suggest I have to sit and use my dining table before they are responsible for any defects that occur? We did absolutely everything right to protect the table ie nothing has been put on there without the recommended protective measures & yet they are blaming us for the fault in the material. Unbelievable. Disgusting customer service and product! The manager at customer care had the nerve to tell me I must use the table as a dining table and not an ornament. So apparently you are not allowed to leave a few soup bowls protected by the sealing process and placemats on a table. So I can use it as a dining table with heat, movement etc and then expect a different result? Nice try but what a load of rubbish. Because what you are actually saying is If I had used it regularly as a dining table then I wouldn't have been to blame? Or do you actually just mean, it would have been more convenient & easy for you to apportion blame to anyone but you or your product! Yeah that's more like it. So go figure. A table is not to be used to look nice when not in use? Excuse me sweetie, I paid for the table and as long as I have taken all the necessary precautions to keep it protected (which we more than ensured we did) then it is not your business how I chose to use it. A dining table is not nowadays always a functional object but a visual presence in a room and can be used as such! I will not accept that feeble and insane response and neither should you! Disgraceful customer service. The company should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and their product! This is absolute rubbish. If it had been the sealer then why did not the back of the large mats which are very dark in colour stick to the table. They would have been the first thing to mark the table... Read more
if the sealer was the problem. This is just an excuse. The very fact the service person who called did not look at what we had had on the table, ie if he had he would have been in a good position to ascertain it could have not been the sealer if he had looked at the mats that had been on the table.. There is absolutely no way that table would not have had large black mottled areas had it been the sealer. There were seven large mats far bigger and much darker than any empty soup bowls placed on top of them that would have caused much more damage had it been a problem with the sealer. If it doesn't make sense then then its unlikely to be the true. The real truth is there is a problem you are ignoring and using the sealer as a convenient excuse.
