Range of products very good, ended up buying 3 different items

Visited the Frankston store on two occasions. My first visit was in order to see if the store had the type of sofa I was looking for and Andrew was very helpful in showing me what was available. I narrowed it to two and the following week returned with my decision. Chris looked after me on this occasion. Both men were very professional and knew what they were selling and not at all pushy. It was all a very pleasant experience. I just hope the sofa lives up to my expectations. So far so good.

The store was large and the items we looked at were quite scattered. The range was good with a couple of products worth considering. The quality looked very good, but we don't have the product yet to fully test. We will have the delivery person assemble the product. Chris was very helpful and showed us products which we had not seen ourselves, and carefully explained the features to us. Overall a good experience and happy with our purchase.

We found the couch for us in the Frankston store easily. The sales assistant Chris was most helpful and patient with us as I changed my mind about the colour of the couch and he had to redo the paperwork. We also purchased six dining chairs. We are very happy with our choices and will shop In Nick Scali again. We are still waiting for delivery of our purchases so I cannot comment further.

Store was amazing, the salesperson Nedime was absolutely amazing and remembered my partner and I from a month ago! Very helpful and great to deal with! We will surely be returning in future.
