The product and the service was incredible! (Melinda couch)
The showroom was massive, there were so many options to choose from! Very spacious! We were very satisfied with our product, we got to choose from a range of colours, sizes and textures! And we got to add additional features, bonus! The Melinda couch was so soft, I reckon anyone good sleep with on it. However it is easier to get marks and spillages on it. Luckily, you can purchase accidental damage and they can come and fix it! Also they have a kit for little stains! And the service from Amber was awesome, he was so genuine, patient and honest! He also knew what he was talking about! Very knowledgeable! One of the best services I have ever received. Thank you!

The customer service From Sana was amazing. She was very kind and was pleasant with respect. It was a good experience for me to buy furniture from Nick Scali. Products in Nick Scali are great too.

Amber - Couch Salesman of the Year
A new couch has been well overdue after moving out of my home office and getting our lounge room back. e store for around ten minutes, I could see they have a huge selection and that I'd be buying something, and after I called my wife, who was ten minutes away, and suggesting she joins me, I was approached by Ambar, who had just finished up with other customers. Explained quickly that I'm not one to shop around for weeks, I don't have the time, and we tend to decide what we want, find a fit and go with it. I did explain that as long as what i had offered full seat and headrest recline, was the right configuration and color my wife wanted, then I wasn't overly fussy as i always find a comfortable position, but it was my wife who often has a dodgy back that has never been happy with any couch we ever bought. So it needed to have sufficient lower back support, etc. Two hours later, after putting Ambar through what salespeople probably consider hell, with constant questions, changing configurations, going from one product to another, and narrowing it down to probably three of four models, we purchased what we wanted. We learned at some point that Ambar manages the store and I must say that his service, attention to detail, patience with us and just product knowledge and helpfulness was absolutely impeccable, some qualities that sadly I find have become rare and sadly lacking in retail today here in Melbourne. Where half of the sales staff have invested little time learning about what their selling. Ambar even put up with my jokes. And he really highlighted the USB ports we have included in the couch that he knew i really liked. Given our investment in this leather couch, he offered us and explained the accidental damage insurance which I thought was quite inexpensive and well worth it considering the small % increase to the overall outlay. So well done to AMBAR, my nominee for not only the Salesman of the Year, but also the Most Impeccably Mannered and Best Dressed Salesman Award, and hopefully we are as happy with delivery and the actual couch as we were with Ambar and our experience at Nick Scali yesterday.

Excellent customer service
Wow, such a huge store with a great layout and plenty of space for each lounge suite to be displayed without being squashed up against one another. We spent over 2 hours here and were assisted by Sana who went over and above in helping us out, we even moved furniture around to get a feel for how it would look in our home. She was experienced, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we worked through a few different options for our lounge. High quality furniture with high quality customer service!!

Great quality furniture with a wide range to choose from matched by excellent customer service
Finally purchased a new lounge after looking around for a month and couldn't be more happier with our choice. Nick Scali has the best designs and quality backed by their lifetime warranty on frames too.
Ambar was great from start to finish. Even helping us with suggesting colors to match our interior and gave additional advise which helped made our decision making easier. Definitely recommended!!

Great service and good quality range of product.
We were attended to by Bek who is new and is an interior designer. She helped us select the best colour options and gave us her opinions in terms of the choices we should consider. This is the 4th time we have purchased from Taylors Lakes and have had the same experience selecting and purchasing. There is a great range of product to suit the latest trends. Even though we expect the wait for the chairs to be made (10-12 weeks) the end result will be worthwhile. The store is well laid out and furniture positioned as it would be in certain apllications around the home which also gives you a sense of how it will look in your apllication. Thanks again guys for a great purchasing experience.

Tough dealings
I bought white cooper dining table from nick scali which just got delivered on monday 24th. When I bought it the customer service rep at taylors lake store clearly said you can easily fit your 8 chairs with that and if it doesn't fit you can get the refund or exchange. Now I tried to put chairs around the table and it only fits 6 chairs. I called the store within 10 minutes of receiving the table qnd finally got in touch with them yesterday and they have this condition of not returning or refunding for concrete table which no one mentioned to ...Read more
me at the time of sale. When I sent them the photos with half fitted chairs, he said atleast you can put chairs around the table. I've spent $1400 on that and hearing this type of answer is so frustrating. But they finally agreed to give me store credit but deducting $270 admin fee and another delivery fee of $120 which is such a pain. On delivery the fabric has a flaw which looks like a stain. Service person has told us the company will not fix this.
We are not happy with this end result as the defective material is on show.
It wouldn't be in the show room, so why should it be in our home.
