I placed an order for a new chair (advertised as delivery within 10 days) on the 30th October money up front. 11 days later they email me back to say the product is discontinued and the order won't be fulfilled. They advise that I will get a refund within 7 days, meanwhile their website still shows the chair as being in stock with delivery within 10 days and I won't have my money back for another week!

Easy to assemble what there was to assemble. We didn't look at much after we found what we wanted. It's a perfect fit in our living room, we love it!

The design and quality of the products are very good for the price point. The website is easy to use and Jason was very prompt in answering our questions.

The sofa design was correct but the material colour shown on the website was not what I expected when it was delivered next time I would prefer to see the material in person. Also the cushions were very hard again next time I would prefer to try the cushions before purchase.

Very impressed thus far with the Ceni 3 Seater Sofa I've bought. Purchasing online was quick and easy. Delivery was fast although notification time was terrible. I was out and received a phone call 5 minutes prior to the delivery guys arriving. Consequently I had to abandoned lunch with friends to rush home to meet them.

The table is really well made. For the price, I'm impressed. I will be buying more for sure. The service was great. My contact suggested products to to meet my needs and fitted in with my availability for the delivery. I'm really happy.

The price was good and delivery relatively quick but didn't receive any tracking details. Toll delivery really let this down. We didn't get any notification the items were coming, Just a card in the mailbox. Then I had to rearrange delivery and they expected us to wait between 9-5 to sign for it. No prior call or anything. After paying $120 for delivery I'd expect at least a call prior so you can make sure someone is there. Made the whole experience very disappointing.
