My experience during the initial planning and pre-construction phase has been great so far. Sandra has been very helpful and patient with answering my questions and preparing variations of housing documentation as I progress to work out what upgrades and features I want to include. I look forward to working with Sandra for the construction phase!

As soon as I did walk through the door, Sandra did welcome me and because of her friendly and positive attitude supports towards us made us comfortable with the house and land package she did offer to us. Bought the "house and land" package from Orbit, and being waiting for being the landowner now. The offered price is good, the display house look fantastic but the thing the makes our experience outstanding is the staff. Sandra is very patient, friendly, and creative, and the most importantly, she's happy to give us professional advice regarding the house layout, fixtures costing and paperwork procedure to ensure it the whole process of choosing the right home smooth and satisfied. Adam Thomson and his manager Andrew Boulding have spent massive time on our first new home since the first time I spoke with Adam. Being that patient and professionally answering all our queries especially my partner is so obsessed with uncessary details, I am so impressed that they deliver such a qualitative house design and I feel a bit sorry that Andrew didn't get a chance to have lunch during our color selection appointment, and they would sacrifice their own time to suit our needs.

A very well manages build not just by the foreman but by everyone involved. The workmanship was managed to a very high standard which was unexpected for a standard house and land package. The final costing was exactly what I expected to the dollar there was nothing extra charged which I thought was amazing. We attended North Harbour (QLD) display village several times and Orbit Homes was by far the best choice. The finishes on their display homes and layout of the plans were perfection.

I cannot fault Orbit homes. We built our investment property through them and had zero issues. All the team was professional and very helpful. Carnita was our administrator and Malcolm was the project supervisor. They were both super helpful. The house was finished beautifully and on time. We were kept informed of each step. I also think Orbit has great quality options from the basic range fitouts. I would recommend Orbit and if we ever build again I’d be happy for them to build for us again.
