The store is very inviting and uncluttered. Immediate service with accurate information. Ordering and payment was a breeze. Staff assisted with loading of furniture . Thank you to all the staff.

found what I was looking for - very helpful staff - I've had furniture from OZ design before - had that particular furniture for over 20 years so I know how good the quality is

After quite a bit of searching, we're very happy with the dining table and chairs we picked up at Oz Design. With such a large range of products, it's impossible to have everything on the floor at once. But our decision was made easier when we paid a visit to another store whilst in Sydney recently.
All staff we've dealt with have been very helpful and easy to deal with offering suggestions and advice. They even let us take a chair home to make sure it matched the table and our space. We discovered this was a major drama elsewhere. We have an out eye on a matching dresser now. Cheers

Store is lovely and functional. Staff were very helpful and offered suggestions and moved some furniture around to help with imagining a concept. I would suggest having more than one size dinning table. I was looking for a smaller option and it was difficult to make the final decision without actually seeing the smaller table. The table is a little darker than expected with a large number of natural darker makes in the wood. Having said that I love my new table and chairs. All furniture went together with no issues.

The store was recommended to us, Fyshwick, and we were not disappointed. There was a good range & extremely helpful staff to guide us with our purchases. The sofas came ready assembled however we have helped others assemble the furniture and it was not problem.

i knew the type of wood i wanted from the start before order i was not show a selection of tv sets and i had to limit myself to the floor selection which wasn't enough put a 30% deposit product cost $2600 and after a few weeks i wanted to swap with something else same wood same company but different name.
i am disappointed not being able to swap it for the other one after spending so much money for a tv set.
i am supporting Australian made products but at the end of the day a lot of times we get trapped with imports.

I ordered a sofa on July 22nd but still haven't received the item as of August 7th. According to the tracking information, it has been awaiting pickup to be delivered since July 27 but no progress has occurred since then. I have contacted Oz Design twice to find out why the delivery is taking so long and when I can expect it but have not received any reply at all. This is all despite the fact that the shipping and handling fee is $420.79 for a $999 sofa. If the shipping costs nearly half the actual item I think it's reasonable to expect that it will at least be delivered promptly. This has been a very disappointing customer experience.

After shopping around I settled on a range of furniture from Oz Design that was ‘on sale at once a year prices, they never normally take 25% off’ the salesman said. After feeling pressured into committing to buy prior to the sale finished I decided to take my business elsewhere. The day after the ‘Stock take’ sale ended the pricing remained the same with a ‘New Year Sale’ commencing. I happily spent my $8,500 at another store and I would not waste your time dealing with this misleading company.

We purchased a Dining Table From the Fyshwick Store in Canberra. Unfortunately upon getting it home we discovered it to be way too big for the space we intended. Contacted the store via email which was promptly responded to by staff member Adam. As it was an oversight on our part we were not expecting a refund and Adam was helpful in suggesting a couple of options which allowed us to return the larger table and order another smaller size in another design. We have just picked up the new table and found it to be perfect for our needs. Very happy with the service received and would would be happy to shop there in the future.
