I was very pleased to say the staff at Maroochydore where very good once we had fix a miss understanding up. They allowed me to purchased 2 other items that I required instead of going through a 3mths wait for the other item. We are very happy with the quality of the products.

Store set up was just divine. Plenty of products to choose from which were all good quality. We did not have to assemble our furniture which is now in our storage shed waiting to move into our new home.

The store is well set out and easy to navigate.The assistants who served us were very helpful but we found one older lady we encountered a bit daunting when we had to alter our delivery date. Everything worked out in the end and we love our sofas. They fit in perfectly in our new home and are very comfortable. We would certainly recommend the product to friends

The print I bought was the last one available.It took a while to reach the Store of choice.But everything went very smoothly even though it was Christmas.The whole experience was run very professionally.Will certainly return in the future.

We have bought many times from the Maroochydore store and found the sofa we purchased as soon as we walked in! The Gordon 2.5 seater is just what we were looking for - perfect size and hugely soft and comfortable - fits our family of 3 on it with room to spare! The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Ordered a table and chairs in October 2022. Delivered in December and the table was damaged. Contacted Oz Design who said they would order a replacement and we should put tape across the damaged area so no one would get splinters. Replacement table delivered in February was damaged. The damage is considerably worse than the previous table and looks like it’s used or was an ex display model. They is, however, damage to the extension that is consistent with the damage on the previous table. Contacted Oz Design and asked them for a refund. Lost complete faith in the product and the company. Owner REFUSES TO REFUND and keeps insisting on ordering a third table. Have no option but to now take legal action to recover the cost of the table.

Great range to choose from. We just went in quickly (as it was next door to the store I was going to). We've needed new dining chairs for forever... Found some very comfy, on sale, chairs and ordered those for pick up. We got a call that there was a mix up and they didn't have enough chairs of the ones we selected. But they offered a solution to the problem and we ended up with something even better! Customer service was wonderful, fun ladies that made the shopping experience a great one. We will be back.

My chair and ottoman make a statement, which is what I wanted. Loved the fact that it is Australian made. The staff were very helpful and attentive and even helped to load the chair into my car. They also allowed me to take the Ottoman to the carpet shop to pick new carpet. Where else but the Sunny Coast do you get that type of service??

I have bought quite a few items over the past few years from Kate at the beautifully presented Maroochydore Oz Design store over. The service provided by Kate and her staff regarding product information has been second to none. All of my purchases have proved to be of high quality and have given years of pleasure. My latest purchase of 8 wishing bone chairs also fit into this ‘highly satisfied’ category....drawing admiring comments from friends and family on the quality of the furniture.

I visit the store regularly to see what’s there. Found the perfect table. It was available so purchased and collected it the next day. Easy! Solid timber, good quality, no assembly. Great service.
